Here's what actually moves the needle:

1. The hook is the 80/20 of attention. If you don't break the scroll in 3 seconds, nothing else counts. Use pattern interrupts-visual, audio, or text-to force attention.

2. Edit for speed. Dead time (pauses, filler, silence) signals low quality. Ruthlessly trim every clip. Velocity = retention.

3. Deconstruct the competition. Winning content isn’t born from scratch-it's reverse-engineered from what already works. Modular scripts (Hook → Problem → Solution → Payoff) let you scale variations, not just hope for inspiration.

4. Volume negates luck. One "perfect" video is a myth. Test 150 MINIMUM per month to find patterns and build your roadmap before you ever spend on ads.

5. Data over feelings. Your taste is the bottleneck. Audience retention and watch time reveal precisely where you lose people. Personal opinion is irrelevant; double down on what works.

6. High-production ads trigger instant distrust. Native, AUTHENTIC content (think: a messy desk, not a studio set) converts better because it bypasses ad-blindness.

7. Systems win. Sustainable growth comes from an assembly line: recruit, brief, test, scale. When you own the channels and data, you’re building compounding assets.

Bottom line is: you don’t need to be a creative genius... you need to be an operator who builds infrastructure. That’s how you make growth inevitable.

Everything that i'm today started when i had about 7 years old. That time i received my first computer - A ZX Sceptrum 48K. Since that time i read the newspapers, books and i was always looking for small parts of code in order to see how it worked and what can i did with that?
I got "addicted" to computers, software, hardware, servers, www, ftp's, Windows, DOS and Unix, vi and emacs, chat-rooms, MUDs, Ansi-C and C++ ... and also games :)

A few years later i entered the university that i wanted to take the course that i want - Computer Engineer @IST! - it was a Dream come true! It was hard, really hard but with this i started to learn that life isn't easy and people need to be strong to achieve goals.
From IST to the world i enter TMN@Altice to work with SQL Server and VB. Then i started to work with Java and Oracle. Those were pretty challenge months.

Continue to grow in technologies and i started with 4GL and Informix ... then a question pop up: What about ABAP? Are you in for a big transformation project?
With this question i started my path in SAP products and since 2001 until now i continue to use "SAP Technologies". Along the years i also get in touch with Outsystems, Tibco, Siebel, Ctrl-M and a lot of other tools and also with some frameworks like ITIL, ISO20K, Lean6Sigma and others.

I started to lead operations and development teams and Leadership start to be a topic that i really enjoy and also it consumes a lot of time in order to be that leader that build more leaders. I really love the Agile Mindset and i'm passing that to all the projects where i'm involved, to all the teams where i'm in.
Also applying DevOps methodologies and adapt whenever it's necessary, because at the end, that is what really matters - Adapt and add more value!

In resume, i really love IT but i've found that i also love IT persons and to see them growth.

At the moment leading/coaching DevOps teams i can do what i love most in my work area :)
