Authored medical and resilience program that increased physical and mental health of work force. Change management plan implemented communicating time resource waste instituted shift from 12 hour shifts to 8 hour shifts.

Upon implementation, 62 identified threats were instantaneously highlighted and eliminated prior to any breach of organizational processes. Reduced organization risk matrix from moderate to low.
