Let me take you back to the year 2021, I was 2 years into my consulting business and I had a difficult decision to make - keep going or shut it down.

I’d gone from being a burnt out, unhappy and frustrated executive to starting out on my own.

I did not want to feel like a passenger in my life, I wanted to be in the driver's seat.

More than money, it was the uncertainty, the anxiety, the feeling of not being good enough and it was breaking me. 

One night, I'm tossing & turning around in bed and thinking about my business. 

Out of nowhere, I remember a quote from my Economics textbook…

'The objective of business is profit'

It dawned on me, I was focusing on the wrong thing all along.

Client results are not the most important, they are actually the second.
