I worked as a Project Manager and Marketing Strategist for years, focusing on growing my client's businesses.

But there was something that was becoming clearer and clearer every day.

So, I co-founded Voxen, a Personal Branding Studio that enables B2B teams and executives/founders to grow their personal brand and drive influence at scale.

🙋‍♂️ Hi, I'm Francesco, I’m 26 years old and currently living in Barcelona

I’m a Growth Marketing professional with 5+ years of experience, currently working at Lexroom as a Growth Marketer. 
Beyond my full-time role, I work as a Growth Advisor for early stage startups.

Here some of the stuff I do on a daily basis:
✅ Growth strategy. My main goal is to deliver scalable growth profitably via marketing, product, customer support cross- team collaboration.
✅ Performance marketing. Managing multichannel ads (Linkedin, Google, Meta, Reddit, Bing, TikTok) , managing 7-figures annually .
✅ Data Analysis. Analysis of marketing, product, customer support data, using multiple tools (GA4, Looker, SQL, Python, Amplitude, Tableau, ...).
✅ Tracking and MarOps. I contribute to several projects related to Tracking (GTM, API conversions, Tag installing) and MarOps (SF, Hubspot,....)
✅Product Led growth. I was the main marketing person in performing marketing tactics for Veriff's PLG product. Also contributing in UX (product interface, signup process, paywalls...)
✅AI & Automations. I am involved daily in building automations for marketing/product/ customer support via email, chatbots, AI agents, Automation flows (Zapier, Make, Hubspot...)


🧠 My approach to growth
- Fast execution & data-informed decisions → I prioritize impact over perfection, using rapid iteration to achieve measurable results.
- Scalability & automation → I build systems that grow efficiently, leveraging automation and smart marketing strategies.
- Adaptability & problem-solving → I thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly adjusting strategies to maximize opportunities.

📚 My background
- Graduated in Law (University of Padua, 110/110 cum laude, fastest of my cohort) → While studying, I self-taught marketing, data analysis & growth strategies, applying them to real projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset → Started working in marketing during university, balancing part-time jobs to finance my studies.

🏋️ Beyond work
- Sports & endurance challenges → HIIT, running, weightlifting, and long-distance biking. Once cycled from Venice to Munich in 6 days, learning firsthand how to manage people under pressure and execute plans in uncertainty.
- Lifelong learner → Passionate about UX psychology, product, marketing, startups, and decision-making. 
 - Multilingual explorer → Fluent in Italian & English, learning German (A1) & Spanish (B2).

18 months.
€10M in ARR.

Expansion in Spain 🇪🇸 and Germany 🇩🇪 .

Lexroom is skyrocketing.
And last week, we celebrated it together.

We gathered in Milan for a company event with our customers, special guests and team members. 

For me it was a moment to pause (briefly) and look at what this team has built in just a year and a half.
A moment to breathe. And realize what the team has done in the last couple of months to reach €10M ARR and support international expansion.

I am super proud of what we are and what we could become.

And what struck me the most during that party wasn’t the milestones.
It was seeing all the teammates reunited in the same room.
The super hungry and passionate vibes everyone has.

80+ people from different countries, backgrounds, and roles all aligned around one ambition: raising the standard of how legal professionals work with AI.

I think we are realizing that scaling this fast forces you to grow.

I think we all feel the urgency to become the kind of people capable of leading it through increasing complexity.

Personally, I’m incredibly proud of all my team mates and what they have achieved and even more energized about what comes next. 

I’m super excited to drive Lexroom’s marketing growth in Italy while contributing to our expansion across new markets.

The results are great.
But now the ambition is bigger.
And we’re just getting started.

In Italia non si fa e non si parla ancora abbastanza di Product Led Growth.

Altrove è il modello Go-To-Market preferito dalle migliori scaleup negli Stati Uniti e nel Nord Europa.

L’obiettivo?
Darti una struttura concreta per costruire (o migliorare) una motion Product-Led in modo misurabile.

La missione?
Vedere più business/ startup italiane usare il PLG e magari il ripetersi di qualche scivolone dovuto al fatto che tutte copiano lo stesso playbook (Sales- Led).

E sia chiaro, non ho niente contro il Sales-led e non sono un "dogmatico". Però ci sono casi in cui sembra che la PLG non venga adottata solo per mancanza di competenze e visione.

Nel mio piccolo, proverò a metterci una pezza. 
Poi ci sono persone come Matteo e Luca che sono le più autorevoli in Italia e che portano avanti questa cultura (e che ringrazierò all'infinito).
