several internal tools designed and written from scratch using Go programming
language. Services affected by the migration were written in either Java or Kotlin.

Acted as a team lead working within a team of 5 people.
Client is a B2B Germany based company operating in the field of hospitality
services. Participated in code base reverse engineering, proposed technical
improvements for existing solutions. Acted as a code reviewer for colleagues during
the feature development.

Lead Software Engineer

GlobalLogic

Participated on several different projects. One of them:
Acted as a lead of a team of 6 people. Key responsibilities: code review, technical
proposals and observations, mentoring, participator of technical interviews for
newcomers.
Implementation and design of software applications written in Golang. Application
purpose - internal tool for the email templates migration to the third-party service.

Large international company, risk management system.
Responsibilities:
Development of few Java/Groovy cloud based data processing web applications. Functional/non functional stories implementation, SDLC processes adjustment, mentoring of team members, code reviewing, data knowledge transfer participation, decreasing of technical depth through the refactoring of codebase and architecture, technical interviewing, leading of the small team.
