Volunteering at Instituto Dara in São Paulo, Brazil, has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I have been able to assist in many of the Institute's initiatives, from organizing fundraising campaigns to accompanying students and their families on visits to potential universities. I have also had the opportunity to teach classes on financial literacy and help in the development of Dara's online platform. Additionally, I have been able to participate in research and data analysis to help the Institute better understand the needs of its beneficiaries.

I am especially proud of the work I have done in helping to expand the Institute's network of partners and sponsors. I have been able to reach out to universities, businesses, and organizations to help generate resources and promote Dara's initiatives. As a Public Affairs Intern at Bolton-St. Johns in Albany, New York, I gained valuable experience working in the public policy, communication, and research fields.

I also developed and drafted press releases, media advisories, and op-eds, and assisted with strategic communications initiatives.
