However, within Technip I have successfully worked with budget and deadlines, but also coped well and remained calm under pressure and showed my effectiveness to be thoughtful and my ability to make smart decisions whilst keeping my optimism and happiness. I have been responsible for the design, engineering, budgeting, planning and delivery of numerous projects and scopes of work. I have ensured commerciality and consistency, coordinating resources and communication with all stakeholders and ultimately ensuring that all projects are implemented on time and on budget.

Among my achievements I can highlight:

-	A highly adaptable and persevering professional with proven ability to rapidly understand and apply my skill set to new industries and roles. I have organised and delivered several work scopes in a very diverse range of teams and departments within the business. CUSTOMER SERVICE & BAKERY LEAD

Barberaren I Sevilla Ltd.

I led the project management of the construction of a new shop, managed the design, planned and delivered the project of the company’s Pop up Bar. I reviewed construction fit-out drawings & fixture shop drawings from contractor/vendors and consolidated detail site survey package from vendor to be able to accurately design this retail/commercial unit. I produced a solution paying attention to issues around safety, access and ergonomic needs.
•	Fast tracked design and construction phases, procured all contractors and subcontractors, executed the design and construction packs and ensured targets and handover dates were met and relayed to the rest of the business within a very tight deadline of 4 months, which was 20% ahead of schedule.
•	I developed a personal creative approach in the transformation of that space, combining those factors with the functional requirements of its users and my client’s needs, which ended in a cost efficient solution 2% below budget estimate.

PROJECT MANAGER | HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN | OPERATIONS MANAGER, RETAIL INDUSTRY £100K

Hill International Spain

This is a consultancy base role. With 8 years of experience, after I had managed and led 4 projects on site, I decided to seek continuous improvement of my management competences to deliver business benefits to organisations. I started a project management master’s degree. When I finished, the CEO of the branch of Hill International in Spain appointed me as project manager of a multi-million project (£60M) for an exhibition and conference centre, soon after he identified my talent.

Among my achievements I can highlight:

-	I spent several days with the client, empathising with my client's needs and understanding his expectations on this new project. I updated the project management plan (PMP). I defined the business needs, benefits, deliverables, key milestones for my client and objectives on budget, time & quality. I achieved this through an exemplary coordination and communicating effectively with my client and across all internal departments: costs, planning, legal and financial.
-	I worked on the profit and loss (P&L) account of my client's investment. I managed the due diligence of the design phase. I used my previous on-site experience to perform value engineering of the project and I achieved a 3% construction costs savings.
-	I tendered and negotiated (20+) collaborative contracts of the work packages worth £11M and after completion of the execution, settlement thereof and completion of contractual obligations, I closed the contracts with financial settlement rates below 2.5% of the contract value, which was bellow planned contingencies.
-	I performed excellent coordination, integration, communication and control of project activities, people, stakeholders and contractors. I successfully applied the tools and techniques of modern project coordination and control to the project, which allowed me to assemble & lead a project team of 30+ people.

PROJECT MANAGER: £60M LEISURE PROJECT CONSISTED OF RETAIL, LEISURE, OFFICE & COMMUNITY SPACES

TECONSA

In 2004 I was appointed site manager of a multi-million £4M project. I managed the construction of a 400 car underground car park for an operator and construction organisation. The final client was the city council and they had a mandatory milestone for the project. I thought out an innovative process of construction which saved time and cost and it satisfied the city council main requirements.

Among my achievements I can highlight:

-	I formulated a new construction design alternative, which saved us execution time and cost.

-	I worked conscientiously on the economic forecast and control of the budgeted cost. I prepared precise quarterly economic plans and at the end of the construction I obtained a 7% benefit for Teconsa. 

-	I effectively applied the management of change procedure to add £500K of economic endowment, for new requirements that the client wanted to add to the initially agreed scope of work.

PROJECT MANAGER: £4M, COMMERCIAL CAR PARK FOR 400 CARS

ISOLUX CORSAN

On this (£15M) project, I ensured that work was done safely, on time and within budget and to the high quality standards desired by my clients. I carefully planned the work to be done. While work was taking place, I monitored progress and dealt with any problems which could have held up work as they arose. I also kept in close contact with members of my team at all times. I liaised with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners. I ensured that work complied with building regulations and health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements. My responsibility was to make sure that the deadline for completion was met.

-	The roll-out plan of the 67 cottages was very ambitious and I was successful and confident in managing the construction of a large number of detached houses with diverse and varying requirements simultaneously.

INTERIOR DESIGN: £15M, 120,000 M² HOUSING NEW DEVELOPMENT OF 67 LUXURY COTTAGE UNITS

I am a recognised interior designer practitioner who possesses strong design and technical abilities and manages implementation documentation with experience in most sectors: residential (RESI), Hospitality, Restaurants (F&B), Retail, Workplace, Commercial fit-out. I manage the firm’s resources (people, processes and tools) and assignments with proficiency, fluency and aptitude. I lead and mentor teams and effectively embody and express the organisation's values and mission.

I develop and manage initial design concepts and branding strategies in conjunction with owner requirements and project market position. In the workplace sector, I've created global design guidelines and workplace strategy reducing the footprint of the client's portfolio and shaping the future of their workplace by increasing their capacity, introducing new technologies, designing controlled-air-quality installations, and materials which reduce their carbon footprint, producing cost savings on their designs due to value engineering process up to 25% of their budget estimates.

I develop interior concepts based on client vision, desire and architectural concept, utilising creative thinking to achieve innovative solutions, reducing cost; making a selection of their existing furniture inventory depending on their budget forecasts.
