I used to think shipping was the hard part.

But now, AI writes code in minutes.
(Even if it's slop when you have no guardrails)

For me, building is still the most enjoyable part, but not the biggest needle-mover.

The real challenge is getting people to care.

And it's more than just posting here and there.

I learned the hard way that:

People buy stories before they buy software. 

Through stories, they tie your product to their problem
(Also known as branding.)

Quality is useless if no one sees it.

You can't delight users with products they're yet to discover.
