Produced a re-architected and freshly designed website for UNSW Faculty of Engineering and each of its nine schools.

In providing consultation, training, support and guidance to the Faculty of Engineering and digital champions within the nine schools, my role included producing scope of work documents, briefing technical specifications and creating requirements documents for internal and external suppliers, managing timelines, budget and resource allocations, and providing regular updates to the Marketing Manager and key Faculty and school stakeholders.

Using my existing industry contacts, I facilitated the development of new working relationships to implement the Faculty’s new e-marketing platform, and to make the new websites ‘responsive’ for mobile viewing. I also played a key role in sourcing 3rd party suppliers including video production, testing and copywriting.

Working with the Marketing Manager and external Digital Marketing Consultant, I helped to develop and maintain the Faculty’s website content plan and search engine optimisation strategy.

Beyond launch, I managed content updates within the Faculty and school Drupal CMS, managed the production of the Faculty email communications as well as ensuring email best practice was implemented, worked with the Faculty as well as internal and external suppliers to create high quality digital content (such as text, video, images and interactive content) for the websites and other digital marketing channels.

Partnering up with the incredible Natalie Armstrong, my co-pilot in business and in life, today we are co-founders of Stronglove Consulting, focused on helping entrepreneurs, founders and business owners to ‘fire up their sales’.
