At Gulf Infotech I started off as a Technical Sales Consultant and after serving various Roles & Responsibilities within the Company, I was promoted to the General Manager of Gulf Infotech, overlooking and managing Expansion, Business Growth, Solution Selling & Other Key Parameters helping take Gulf Infotech to newer heights.

General Manager

Delivering Value as a Whole has been my Goal Always, I have never shied away from taking that extra step to Benefit my Customers & the Internal Team.

Keeping in mind the years of Experience, Proactiveness & Performance delivered over the Years, the Board of Directors at Gulf Infotech trusted me with the role of Business Head at Gulf Infotech in December 2016.

Tasked with Growing Business & Streamlining the Operations for Gulf Infotech across the Region, I was successful in Increasing Revenue by over 40% while achieving Profitability for the Company within the first year as Business Head.

I led multiple Sales & Marketing Strategies and created Opportunities based on changes occurring at a Product & Solution Level.

While continuing to help the Team with my Consultative & Solution Selling Skills, my key parameters as Business Head were as below,

• Strategizing Business Growth through SaaS Products like Office 365, G Suite and Cloud Solutions

Business Head

At the start of my Career with Gulf Infotech, I was assigned the role of a Technical Sales Consultant, delivering performance in all areas of Designing & Implementing Cloud Solutions.

Key areas that were part of my role were, 

• Analyze and Prepare Project Scopes and Solution Documents based on Customer Requirements.
• Handle solutions like Google Apps for Work (now known as Google Workspace), Microsoft Office 365 and Amazon Web Services 
• Responsible for Designing the Scope of Work & Implementation of Projects.
• Provide Change Management Sessions to End Users helping the adoption of the New Solutions
• Increase Customer Retention via Enhancement in After Sales Service & Regular Connect

Taking up additional responsibilities at Gulf Infotech towards December 2014, I started managing the Pre-sales team along with their activities.

My proactive goals were to Increase Business & Customer Acquisition via my skills of Solution Selling and Providing Customers with Value Advisory.

I have always believed that having a Strong Sales & Technical Blend allows an Individual to position Solutions that benefits the Customer & Reduce Sales Cycles. My role explored with effectives this very belief and this helped me spearhead several high value deals for Gulf Infotech.

Some of the key functions handled were as follows,

• Participate in Sales Meetings in order to propose Cloud Solutions tailored to customer needs and providing technical clarifications wherever required
• Prepare videos, conduct webinars and write blogs on various technologies and solutions
• Conduct various Trainings for the Internal Teams as also to the Administrators and Users of Customers
• Analyze feasibility of migrating legacy application to the cloud
