The very recent short Film scripted by me 'I WANT... MAA' and adapted into Film by Cinema For A Cause an emotional & impactful story is recipient of Awards & Laurels from known Film Festivals.

I have 20 + years of experience as an entrepreneur and consultant. I joined the MET Schools of Management in July 2005, after my stint as Coordinator for the National HRD Network. In July 2007, I joined the SIES College of Management Studies as Professor and Head of Placement.


I have owned and been engaged in businesses from real estate sourcing, manufacturing of cloth components used in sports shoes, bulk supply of packaging materials to corporates. I have owned and a run a courier company for a period of two years. 

I have been a softskill trainer for almost 10 years. I am a visiting faculty at various management institutes in mumbai.

Specialties: Being able to create career linkages for freshers. Softskill Training in subjects like communication, team building, leadership development, personality development. 

Application of Relevant Theories in the field of Marketing and HR is an area of passion and interest
