Utilizing Python and Selenium, I developed automated tests and was primarily responsible for creating and managing the manual test suite for our LAMP stack web application (ihealth.f5.com). My expertise extended across multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, and F5's BigIP/TMOS systems, ensuring comprehensive configuration and testing coverage. In my final year, I assumed the role of team SRE, focusing on optimizing system reliability and performance. My key contributions included:

* Leading the QA efforts for the F5 Global Services iHealth product.
* Recruiting and training offshore QA personnel.
* Deploying test VMs in Amazon AWS EC2.
* Authoring extensive technical documentation in the Confluence Wiki.

SRE / QA Engineer III

As the QA Lead at Topia Technology, I maintained full ownership of testing processes across desktop, mobile, and server platforms. My role encompassed reviewing feature specifications, defining and implementing test methodologies such as functional, automated, and end-to-end testing, and documenting all test planning and procedures on the Jira Wiki. * Administering and troubleshooting Windows and Ubuntu Linux systems to support a stable testing environment.
* Utilizing the Android SDK extensively to install and debug custom applications on various versions of the Android OS, ensuring optimal app performance and compatibility.
* Actively participating in the launch of Amazon Fire and Kindle for Android/iOS products, contributing to their successful market introduction.
* Managing and maintaining a device test lab, overseeing a diverse collection of Android and iOS devices, which played a crucial role in our comprehensive testing processes.

Software Test Engineer

Safran

As a Test Engineer II with Greythorn at Safran Morphotrak, I was responsible for software testing of a Red Hat Enterprise Linux-based product for the FBI NGI project, including test authoring, test execution, and live product tests with the customer present. Key accomplishments included:

* Passing Limited Background Investigation for Public Trust clearance.
* Leading live testing demos for FBI IT representatives.

These accomplishments demonstrated my ability to handle high-security environments and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.

Test Engineer II

Intel Corporation

As a Lab Systems Engineer with Ensynch at Intel, I was responsible for computer lab management and systems administration, setting up server/network environments as required for multiple groups. My key responsibilities included:

* Deploying and administering Windows and Debian Linux guest operating systems on VMWare VSphere.

Key accomplishments included:

* Running a hardware test lab for Datacenter Cooling and Low Power Consumption research teams.
* Ordering, receiving, inspecting, racking, and configuring all new computer systems and equipment.
* Administering VMware VSphere servers and VMs.

As a senior member of the QA department at an entertainment industry startup, I was involved in embedded Linux hardware/software implementation with support for a client/server environment. My key responsibilities included:
