Kaboom! Anthropic just launched Cowork and made Claude Code accessible to non-developers. 

Yesterday, Anthropic launched Cowork as a research preview - a simplified version of Claude Code designed for business users who don't write code.

This is a big deal.

Claude Code has been the hottest AI tool since its release. Developers used it for coding. Then for everything else. Then business users started playing with it.

The problem: most business users found it too intimidating to adopt.

Cowork should fix that.

Here's what I'm expecting from it:

𝟭. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴
Claude Code is powerful but complex. Cowork simplifies the interface specifically for non-technical users. Anthropic knows that business adoption requires lowering the barrier to entry - and they're betting big on making this accessible.

𝟮. 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲
Cowork comes with restrictions by design. I'm curious to understand what trade-offs Anthropic made - and whether those limitations actually help or hurt adoption for typical business use cases.

𝟯. 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱

How long does it actually take for a non-technical person to build their first AI agent?

Last night at buildersklub, Marvin Aziz from Lindy led a workshop with no buzzwords, no "AI will replace everyone" hype.

But here’s what made it special: we didn’t just talk about AI agents.
We built one. Live. From scratch.

Marvin walked a room full of business folks (most without technical backgrounds) through creating their first AI agent. 

Here is what we learned:

→ AI agents aren’t just fancy chatbots: they’re autonomous systems that can handle complex workflows 
→ You don’t need to be a developer to build them (seriously, we proved it last night) 
→ The key is starting small: one task, one agent, one problem at a time 
→ Memory + Tools + Clear Instructions = Powerful automation

Building with AI is becoming a practical skill rather than a technical barrier. Now that the technology is accessible to everyone, a big differentiator is knowing what to build.

Is the secret to scaling AI and Automation actually... boring? 

For the final stop of the German AI Roadshow by Make and buildersklub, we skipped the hype and looked at the plumbing. 

We had the pleasure of hosting Florian Kristof (Peter Park) and Fabian Q. Veit (CEO of Make) to discuss why you have to “start boring” if you want to build fast.

Florian’s team of three manages nearly 600 active scenarios. His main takeaway? If you don’t have a strict foundation, you’re not building a product. You’re building a “maintenance trap.”

Here are the highlights that stood out to me:
- "Start Boring": Before building fancy AI agents, you need the basics. Strict naming conventions and a solid decision framework are the only ways to survive scaling from 100 to 600 scenarios.

- Catching “Silent Failures”: Errors are easy to spot; it’s the triggers that don’t fire that kill you. They built a custom observability layer to catch these “silent failures” before the business even notices.

- The “AutoMax” Feedback Loop: They built a mascot bot that automatically surveys users. If a workflow isn’t providing value, they kill it. It’s product thinking applied to automation—focus on impact, not just output.

- AI Documenting AI: To prevent documentation from suffering during growth, they use AI agents to automatically write documentation for every scenario and review builds against internal design principles.

Fabian also shared some heavy-hitting strategic insights:

- The Reliability Mix: Long-term impact isn't created by AI alone, but by combining intelligent components with reliable, rule-based automation.

- The CEO’s “Second Brain”: Fabian uses a custom Telegram bot to triage links, ideas, and screenshots based on his calendar context, allowing him to stay fully present in the real world.

It’s easy to get distracted by the "magic" of AI, but the companies actually winning are the ones treating automation as a disciplined craft. 

No buzzwords. No nonsense. Just clear, practical implementation.
