- successful implementation and pilot launch of a software system based on SAP S/4HANA in one of the largest oil and gas companies in Russia - LUKOIL

POLYUS

- a group of projects on optimization of logistics business processes based on ERP solutions (SAP, 1C) was implemented. Scale: 4 regions, 1000+ users.  Effects: increased accuracy of annual planning, automated management accounting of inventories, introduced addressable storage of inventories with assignment to owners, increased efficiency and transparency of supply processes, minimized the amount of unclaimed property

First Expeditionary Company

- a project was implemented to create a network of PEC: EASYWAY order pickup and delivery points in Russia (over 700 units) to provide logistics services to online stores and individuals. Developed and implemented business processes for receiving, issuing and transportation of orders, including multimodal transportation and reverse logistics.

New Quality of Roads

- an automated traffic management system was implemented for the dispatch center to ensure prompt control of the traffic situation, recognition of traffic jams and traffic violations, fixation of vehicle license plates, and weight and dimensional control;
- a client application based on iOS and Android for personal account management was developed;
- a complex of internal voice communication (intercom, IP-telephony, GSM and radio communication) was implemented;
- a project for laying FOCL lines for the data transmission network was implemented;
- 6 cell towers were built and put into operation (with passing of the RF State Expert Review Board);
- an advertising video was created.

T-Traffic

- development and support of traffic management systems on toll roads in the Russian Federation;
- technical support of users;
- administration of network infrastructure.

System Administrator

10 years of experience in IT project management (ERP systems, logistics and production solutions);
•	managing project teams of up to 100 people, including DevOps, architects, business analysts;
•	extensive experience in project work in large companies, taking into account the corporate development strategy and the adopted project approach;
