So after a long workday, an evening walk along the road feels like a reset button.

3. Accepting low mental energy.

When the mind signals me to stop or slow down, I accept it easily.

4. Lots of laughter and talks with family.

This is my favorite part.

Random calls during the day and regular evening calls recharge my energy.
