𝟮. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 “𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗶𝗻-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽”: Define decision rights, escalation thresholds, and auditability so expert calls are captured, reused, and improved—not lost in the moment.

𝟯. 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗽𝘂𝘁: Track metrics like Time-to-Trust, exception quality, and reversal rates to ensure speed never erodes reliability.

♦ Partner with Field Sales teams to engage with senior leaders at key accounts

Digital Transformation Manager 

A hands-on Techno-Business role focusing on Platform Security, Blockchain, IoT/ Smart City Solutions and managing the Intel Internet of Things Ignition Lab based in DTEC, Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Responsibilities :
♦	Looking after day to day operations for the Intel Ignition lab situated in the Dubai Technology & Entrepreneurship Centre (DTEC) at Dubai Silicon Oasis.  
♦	Understand the Platform Security Division (PSD) technologies and keep updated on the developments at a technical level good to understand, communicate value proposition, converse with partners/customers and deploy the demos in the labs and even assist partners and customers to do PoC’s.
♦	Plan, schedule and manage business development projects with eco-system partners/customers to meet clear, specific business and sustainability objectives, notably:
o	Work on projects that create world-leading market POC’s, showcases and demos with key innovators, eco-system partners and the developer Community and partners in the value chain.
o	Help to accelerate projects of mature concepts for scale-out across other Ignition labs.
♦	Resolve technical product and software issues together with PSD technical team in Intel India. 
♦	Responsible for monitoring and reporting on program progress, tracking cost, scheduling, quality and overall business outcomes. 
♦	Work on business development strategies, marketing, and PR plans that form part of growing PSD business and products/solutions in Dubai and the UAE.  
♦	Present and make presentations to customers/partners and understand customer/partner requirements and roll it to PSD team in India.
♦	Build relationships with partners, customers and drive further Intel PSD interests.

Solutions Engineer ( Intel New Technology Lab Manager)

♦ Manage and Maintain Decorum of Ignition Lab, Dubai and Conduct short Tour of Lab for Walk-in Enthusiasts.
♦ Work closely with Intel IoT product, platform, and sales teams to develop IoT projects and resolve technical product and software defects together with extended lab team.
♦ Work closely with Core team for Planning and Managing Customer events and key partner workshops.
♦  Work with customers and key partners to define Demo/PoC requirements and drive technical demo/PoC development aligned with the customer & project needs. 
♦ Work closely with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) teams to coordinate and conduct workshops revolving around  IoT and related technologies for Students, high school and university,  and the Tech Communities based in UAE.
♦  Develop close communication with IoT hardware and software providers, open source and maker communities and other ecosystem players.

His expertise spans AI, Data Analytics, IoT, Blockchain, and Cloud Platforms (Azure & AWS), providing him with a robust toolkit for tackling the fast-paced world of digital transformation. His deep knowledge in Data Center Solutions further enriches his ability to offer strategic recommendations for mission-critical projects.

In 2022, Baghwan joined Presight, a G42 company, to support AI innovations and digital transformation in the MEA region. He oversees technical presales activities for Africa in the Solutions Department, working closely with the Vice-President of Africa Markets. Additionally, he aids the Partner & Channel Department in developing strategic partnerships to benefit Presight's clients and departments.

Beyond his technical skills, Baghwan holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, demonstrating his ability to manage complex projects effectively and deliver outstanding results. Driven by a continuous quest for excellence, Baghwan has also completed courses in various advanced programs, including Program Management Professional (PgMP®), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®), Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®).
