I Walked Into Jio's Stall at the AI India Summit. 
Walked Out Speechless

I am visitng the India AI Impact Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi — and the Jio Intelligence Pavilion was easily one of the most impressive stalls at the expo.

What blew my mind? They have a robot at their pavilion. Check the video below 👇

But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Here's what Jio showcased at the summit — a full AI ecosystem under their "AI for All" vision:

1. Jio AI Stack— Their core AI infrastructure built for large-scale deployment of AI services across platforms and sectors.

2. Jio Sanskriti AI— This was the showstopper for me. They've used Holo Tube technology to create digital holographic avatars of Mahabharata characters like Arjuna. You ask a question, and the avatar responds first in Sanskrit, then gives a Hindi translation. AI meeting Indian culture and storytelling — brilliant.

3. Jio Arogya AI — AI-powered platform designed to strengthen digital healthcare delivery across India.

4. Jio Shiksha— An education-focused AI platform aimed at transforming digital learning at scale.

Not a scam.
Not a crash.
Not a war.

One product update.

Anthropic, the company behind Claude AI, released 11 plugins for its Cowork tool.

These plugins automate legal work, sales ops, marketing, finance, data analysis.
Contract reviews. NDA screening. Compliance checks. Done by AI. Not humans.

The market reaction was instant.

Thomson Reuters fell 18%. Its worst day ever.
RELX dropped 14%. Worst since 1988.
LegalZoom crashed almost 20%.

A Goldman Sachs basket of US software stocks fell 6% in one session.

Then it hit us.

TCS down 6.5%.
Infosys down 8%. Steepest fall in over two years.
Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra, all bleeding.
Nifty IT lost ₹1.9 lakh crore in market cap. In one day.

They're calling it the "SaaSpocalypse."

Here's what actually happened.

Until now, AI companies sold the engine.
Other companies built the car.
Startups like Harvey AI and Legora built legal tools ON TOP of Claude.

Now Anthropic is building the car itself.
The engine maker became the car maker.
And everyone selling cars panicked.

Yeh samajhna zaroori hai.

The legal plugin isn't some revolutionary new AI model.
It's smart instructions telling Claude how to do legal work.
That means Claude was already capable enough. It just needed direction.

That's the scary part for software companies.

Their moat wasn't technology. It was packaging.
Now the AI company is doing the packaging too.

Indian IT runs on a simple model. More people, more billing.
If one AI agent can do the work of a team, why would a client pay for 20 seats?

That question alone wiped out ₹2 lakh crore.

But here's what I think.

This isn't the end of Indian IT. It's the end of Indian IT as we know it.

Companies that sell hours will struggle.
Companies that sell outcomes will survive.
Companies that sell AI-powered outcomes will thrive.

I've seen this pattern before.

In my workshops, I tell SME owners the same thing.
AI doesn't replace people who adapt. It replaces people who refuse to.

The 58-year-old CA in my workshop who learned to automate his compliance reviews? 
He's fine.
The firm still doing everything manually and billing by the hour? 
That's who should worry.

This isn't a crash.
It's a correction.
The market is pricing in a future that AI trainers have been talking about for two years.

The real question for Indian professionals.

Are you the person AI replaces?
Or the person who uses AI to become irreplaceable?

That answer matters more than any stock price.

That's what this could mean

Not yogic practices.

Y.O.G.A = Year Of Giving & Abundance.

Not abundance as noise.

What stayed with me wasn’t just nostalgia.

Those classrooms, teachers, and friendships
did more than educate us
they quietly built the foundation we stand on today.

Progress feels richer

start of the year &

January is always loud.
Resolutions.

and start building.

And I’ve noticed something:
Most people treat positioning like a headline.
A catchy line. 
A trendy niche. 
A “what should I post today?” problem.

But real positioning isn’t a sentence you write.
It’s a set of decisions you repeat.

What you say no to.
Who you’re willing to disappoint.
What you do consistently when no one is watching.
That’s why February is powerful.

This is where positioning becomes real
not in your bio,
but in your calendar.
What you choose to work on.
 What you ignore.
 What you double down on.

No big announcements this month. 
No dramatic “new chapter” posts.

Just execution. 
Refinement. 
Compounding.
A lot is coming in February.
And Maybe a big announcement too, who knows 😊

I’m confused.
What should I do?

Many business owners tell me this.
Their personal branding is “working” on LinkedIn
they are getting likes, comments, reach.

But there are no real business conversations.
No inbound leads.

Acknowledgement is good but it doesn’t serve your business goals, unless 
meaningful conversations are happening.

Also many a times, it’s seen that most people engaging aren’t even their target audience.

Here’s why:

They built visibility without positioning.

Personal branding without positioning gives you attention but not intent.
People react to your content, but don’t know why they should talk to you.

The fix isn’t posting more.
It’s getting clearer.

Positioning tells the right people: “This is for you.”
And filters out everyone else.

When positioning is right, leads stop feeling forced.

I always used to think, “Why me?”
Until I realised this…

Most of the problems I was facing
weren’t because people were bad, lazy, or careless.

They were unclear.

Missed expectations.
Half conversations.
Assumptions left unspoken.
I thought I was communicating.
But I was actually hinting.

I assumed people would “just know”.
I assumed silence meant understanding.
I assumed alignment without confirming it.

That’s when it clicked.
Communication isn’t about speaking more.
It’s about being precise.

Clear words prevent conflict.
Clear expectations prevent frustration.
Clear communication prevents the need for constant firefighting.

Most issues don’t start as big problems.
They start as small conversations we avoid or rush through.

Once I started saying things clearly
earlier, calmer, and without overthinking
the “why me?” moments reduced drastically.

Not because life got easier.
But because communication got better.

I still get these "why me?" moments
but now i know the answer

I’ve noticed this many times,
two people doing the same work

same consistency, 
same skill level, 
same time spent creating content.

One keeps chasing likes and conversations.

At first, it doesn’t add up.
Both post regularly.

The difference isn’t talent.
It isn’t discipline.

Kids give you a perspective,
you can’t access as an adult.

This weekend, I told my 8-year-old daughter:
Enough cartoons for today. 
They don’t teach you anything.

I said it like it was a fact.
She didn’t argue. 
She didn’t negotiate.
She just went quiet.

Yesterday, she handed me a handwritten sheet, which she 
saw on web.

On top it said:
Cartoons are useless. 
They don’t teach you anything.
…and then:
But actually…

And that’s where my heart melted.
Because what she saw wasn’t noise. 

It has a meaning:
Doraemon : a true friend always has your back, no matter what.
Shinchan : life is too short, so enjoy every moment of it.
Pokémon : true strength comes from courage and friendship.
Mr. Bean : humour and actions speak louder than words
Tom & Jerry : True friends don’t leave each other, even in fight.

No lectures. 
No frameworks. 
Just stories shaping values.

Children don’t learn the way adults teach.
They learn the way they feel.

So many creators optimize for:
Consistency. 
Relatability. 
Being liked.
They grow followers, not leverage.

Positioning comes first.
It decides what you’re known for, who you’re for (and not for), and why someone should pay attention and pay you.

I saw this clearly at the 1 Billion Followers Summit, #Dubai
the biggest creators had sharp positioning, not just big reach.

Positioning → then Personal Branding.
Clarity → then Visibility.
