I am a big fan of Oracle Support. Earlier, every time I search an error message in Google, it used to direct me to the exact document id in Oracle Support that provide correct and complete solution to my specific issue.
But of late it has become challenging. Every time I search an error message, instead of the specific solution, it directs me to login to Communities page. Getting a community membership is a tedious process with its own login and password. 
Why can't they create community membership as soon as Oracle SR Account is created? That way you don't have to login again to different communities. 
Entire world is moving to Single Signon and here we are. 
Even the quality of support is deteriorating. 
Do others feel the same way, or is it only me?
