Devang founded 24x7 Direct in 2001 in order to help businesses find a more efficient way to outsource.

Identifying a need for more affordable and effective customer acquisition, 24x7 Direct decided to provide their services on a performance basis. This meant that businesses only had to pay per customer they acquired.

The company began with just one client, but now regularly works with 85 different businesses and has offices in three different countries.

Their clients include some of Australia’s largest businesses in a variety of industries, including telco, utilities, and finance.

Recently, 24x7 Direct has also expanded into helping businesses move some of their workforce offshore. This has saved their clients upwards of $40k a year in labour costs.

As CEO, Devang sets the direction of the business, as well as taking on a strategic operational role for campaign ROI, database mining, and business development.

Aqua Donut 

Aqua Donut started in 2013 out of a unique idea to provide a dining experience on the water.

The company offers customers the ability to rent a circular self-driving boat complete with a BBQ and a dining table.

With nothing else like it available in Australia, the business quickly grew after its inception and achieved profitability in just its first year.

Through September to April of that season, Aqua Donut operated at nearly 90% capacity and gained new customers every day.

Drawing on his background in customer service and marketing, Devang focused primarily on customer experience and digital advertising to help expand the business.

Due to the immense success of Aqua Donut, the company was acquired by a local business in 2018.
