North Coast Project:  
I helped improve network speed, stability and performance by acting as the project coordinator and helping in updating a huge number of nodes in a very tight time frame. My efforts in the project were appreciated and i was entitled one of “Vodafone Heroes”.

VFE Delta Project: 
This Project was about migrating back haul technology for Delta Sites in Cooperation with Huawei. The Challenge in the project was the huge number of stakeholders involved and the number of nodes but with the strong team commitment, valuable contributions, and organized efforts with different teams.  The project was a huge success and i feel very proud of my team and of being one it's key players.

Improved the Network performance and slashed down links number by creating a macro excel tool to check and compare the data of the performance of microwave links on a daily basis.  This tool helped to spot patterns and trends, anticipate problems in a proactive manner before they happen and solve them. I was entitled “The Star employee of the month” in appreciation for the value created with this tool.

back-office NOC engineer (PTN and RTN)

-	Working on M2000 NMS Operation for Huawei BTS 3900 & DBS 3900 for 2G and 3G Networks.
-	BSS alarm monitoring and escalation and to ensure all alarms properly and timely dispatch to prevent interruption for all network elements.
-	Perform periodical network backups and health checks to determine network status.
-	Create and update/manage trouble tickets for any detected problem.
