I set up the Metallurgical Laboratory from the beginning, and managed the selection, installation, calibration and use of all the laboratory equipment. I carried out the metallurgical investigations on additively manufactured parts, and used that to provide input to the other teams. I also managed the quality control aspects, and wrote up all the Work Procedures, the Quality Manual, the Safety Manual, and associated documentation.
I conducted investigations into the parts produced by the factory, to determine product quality and process integrity.
