➡ Developed and implemented a new organizational structure to clarify and enhance business leadership and support of a national operational transformation program

➡ Led implementation of a workflow software solution (Pega) with 10+ integrations for 300+ users, including real-time management dashboards to support operational business unit oversight

➡ Operationalized national expansion into a new market segment including developing staffing model, designing operational processes, preparing and delivering training to staff and management

➡ Developed foundational processes and system design for a replacement policy administration system (Duck Creek) for a top 10 Canadian P&C insurer

➡ Led customer implementation and training, supported product development, sales & marketing functions as Vice President, Operations for a healthcare IT start-up
