Principal Architect – ‘Big 5’ UK Bank
•	Designed an end-to-end case management platform to source third-party supplied customer data, produce matching results and facilitate the management of the entire customer journey to meet a regulatory demand aimed at supporting financially vulnerable customers.
•	Planning and managing the project, engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure compliant delivery, implementing a roust development framework to support the development team in high-quality delivery

Delivery Manager – ‘Big 4’ Irish Bank 
•	Played a critical role in a major regulatory remediation project from set up to closure, working directly with the Board and Programme members to support the solution design and carry out initial population identification and operational processing activities
•	Developed internal quality assurance process and data validation procedures to ensure Data & Analytics’ solutions and deliverables were fit-for-purpose and delivered to the highest standard

•	Led the analytical support for a large-scale programme providing more efficient banking solutions for customers
•	Provided proactive senior stakeholder management alongside high quality analytical and data-driven work to ensure the programme receives necessary insight around critical decisions impacting the bank’s future

•	Responsible for requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement and a bank-wide re-platforming project

Delivery Manager – Global Mortgage Service Provider
Leading a team of developers, providing technical and subject matter expertise during a securitisation project to create and deliver bespoke reporting solutions.
•	Responsible for the migration of 200+ reports, leveraging a team of 30 resources, balancing release management with operational challenges, testing and defect management

Technical Lead – Government Owned Mortgage Lender
Supporting a team of developers in the delivery of a large reporting overhaul as part of major asset divestment programme. 
•	End-to-end requirements definition, analysis and solution design across reporting deliverables, throughout all functions of the organisation
•	Responsible for the successful working relationship between the change programme, the business areas and Business Intelligence on this project

Senior Consultant

HSBC Bank Plc

Led both domestic and overseas resouces through numerous channel optimisation initiatives. Other key responsibilities included:

    -    Mining of multi-contextual marketing data, with a focus identifying opportunities within vast amounts of website data in order to generate high quality leads
    -    Stakeholder management and presentation of key inisghts to colleagues of all levels, including regional and global heads of functions
    -    Analysis of customer segmentation models, leading to recommendations on tactical and strategic approaches for existing customer base managenent and customer acquisition

Principal Analyst (Manager) - Product Analytics

M&S Bank

Leading and developing a team of analysts, my remit was to support the fraud operation minimise losses and increase efficiencies wherever possible. Other key responsibilities included:

    -    Successful delivery of continuous improvement in transactional and customer level fraud            strategies, monitoring and predicting outcomes across customer behaviours, throughout the full scope of the retail banking products
    -    Utilising technical SAS and SQL capabilities across a range of data platforms to lead the develop of data management, integration and mining activities within this specialist team with the ultimate aim of mitigating potential losses
    -    Key contact for senior stakeholders across reporting and monitoring functions, focused on the implementation of both regulatory and strategically driven change programmes.

Fraud Systems Manager

As a Risk Analyst within the Fraud Strategy team, my primary focus was to continually strike a balance between excellent customer experience and the minimisation of third party card fraud losses. Other key responsibilities included:

    -    Responding to emerging trends by manipulating a range of data sources to create new strategies
    -    Adapting strategies to accommodate different customer group requirements and brand expectations
    -    System auditing, issue identification and resolution.

During this period, I held numerous positions within the Collections & Recoveries operation. Significant roles and responsibilities included:

    -    Managing up to 12 staff, ensuring KPIs were met and exceeded whilst maintaining was of a high   quality standards
    -    Performance management, stretching achieving staff and developing those with needs through      extensive coaching
    -    Skills gap analysis across the department in order to devise and delivery effective training
    -    Key contributions as an SME to the design and execution of Collections and Recoveries Risk strategies.
