After 15 years as both a founder and consultant specializing across communication disciplines, IT, business and service design I spent 5 years inside the Global team of one of the worlds biggest pharmaceutical companies. I worked in cross-functional teams in collaboration with their markets on their mission to become a more customer centric organization. Driving competitive advantage through differentiating experiences for their customers. I'm now back working with small startups and as a partner helping more companies design their businesses in partnership with their employees and their customers.
