-	QC point person accountable for the official sign off and Stamp approval off all projects
-	Led initial schematic design, programming, code, and budget work for new projects
-	Worked with engineers to develop complex details and systems that met design intent
-	Screened and recruit consultants and builders for project teams
-	Devised and upgraded firms overall strategy for permitting and CD documentation 
-	Completed comprehensive code compliance evaluations
-	Mentored and managed young architects and designers
-	Designed and detailed custom cabinets, furniture and finishes
-	Implemented new Gant chart and master budgeting spreadsheet system for all firm projects
