I give it a day or two.

Then I watch once, with one rule:
I’m not allowed to judge myself – only observe patterns.

> where did the prospect lean in?
> where did energy drop?
> where did I talk instead of letting silence work?

That distance turns cringe into signal.

If watching your own calls feels uncomfortable, it’s usually a good sign.
