Together, we design corporate restructuring models to accelerate business growth and improve HR operations based on data-driven associate satisfaction insights gathered from 600 employees.

In alignment with organizational goals, we drove these transformational outcomes:

► Acquired 20+ senior, critical roles by expanding the global talent system to produce strategic internal moves and promotions while introducing skills-based career pathing.

► Saved millions of dollars annually, a 3% reduction, in overhead costs by optimizing organization design and staffing choices and simplifying the initiative management process.

► Delivered a 50% female leader ratio and a 30% U.S. ethnic talent ratio by establishing clear objectives and partnering with senior leaders to embrace the vision, pioneering recruitment, inter-company moves, retention, and installing a rigorous tracking system.

Leading a group of nine, including three plant HR leaders, I managed a multimillion-dollar budget for overhead costs to serve end-to-end global business operations.

► Delivered millions of dollars, a 10% budget savings, through a multi-year path by partnering with business and finance executives, understanding the challenge, designing a clear path, then rallying others to execute the plan.

► Earned the perfect eight scores on internal controls by collaborating with the Chinese and Japanese offices to understand business and stewardship challenges, conducting complex investigations, minimizing ineffective leadership, and leading a corrective plan.

Cultivating the organization to deliver seven years of consecutive revenue growth, we constantly improved the organizational design and collaboration and built targeted capabilities such as in-store excellence and consumer focus.

Senior Director, Human Resources – Braun Global

Continuing on a path of success, I collaborated with leaders worldwide and oversaw six direct reports to complete market research, define consumer requirements, build product supply, and establish go-to-market strategies.

Capitalizing on strong partnerships with regional distributors to drive sales coverage, we strengthened employee attraction and internal branding and conducted professional development programs to sharpen entrepreneurial and external partnership skills.

Our synergistic teamwork resulted in these impressive results:

► Enabled billions of dollars in sales increases and operations expansions within three years by designing end-to-end organization and sourcing talents to serve underserved markets in the Caribbean, India, North Africa, and Southeast Asia, and underserved brands in North America and Eastern Europe.

► Obtained the perfect eight score across all metrics for the internal audit by fixing the stewardship and compliance system globally and resurrecting a team from systemic stewardship issues.

► Led a 13% increase in meaningful work score, an 11% rise in trust in leadership score, and a 10% uptick in recognition score by accomplishing employee morale breakthrough as measured on an annual associate survey.

► Captured a highly productive costs-to-serve score by architecting and applying a full-service distributor test run in Serbia for six months, then rolling out the solution worldwide with necessary customizations.

Successfully integrating the work unit into the P&G structure, we attained a remarkable zero-loss of capabilities.

Human Resources Director – Global Development Markets

Integrated 250 sales managers into operation, coached executives on team development, guided employee counselling, oversaw employee relations, discipline, and labour issues.

► Acted as HRBP for Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus sales department of 700 employees; enabled annual sales growth from $3B to $6B and initiated test market with 5+% sales growth, 25+% coverage growth, 25+% travel reduction, and 7% headcount reduction.

► Launched leadership development and succession plan that impacted 10K employees; incorporated new performance appraisal system and elevated work plan completion rate from 30% to 96% within three months and reduced open vacancies from 21% to 2% within nine months.

► Eliminated $800K in annual loss by designing policies to drive employee satisfaction and elevate business productivity.

I led the recruitment, training and development of talents for a regional unit of 4,500 employees across 15 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa with US $10 billion sales. Led the Leaning Council with 30 members representing all countries and functions.

I led HR for a business unit of 500 staff members within a multibillion-dollar company with double-digit percentage increases in annual sales in Japan and Korea.

Together, we initiated and led the structural and cultural transformation of a 1,700-employee beauty counselor group to modernize and customize services and drive loyalty. Reducing millions of dollars in waste, we overhauled the point-of-sale and asset usage systems and implemented best practices.

Revising compensation models and capability programs, we established a leadership development system, succession planning, and a performance-enhancing workshop rated a 4.8/5.0 on the business value scale.

Our efforts paid off in achieving 100% job acceptance and garnered global recognition for “Best Acquisition Team” after partnering with corporate leaders to execute the Wella Japan acquisition.
