Led by founders Victoria Tarnovski and Andrei Tarnovski, the studio has successfully developed and managed strategies and identities for over 100 brands, from new ventures to established multinationals like McDonald's and Volkswagen.

As a mentor with IAA Romania's career launchpad program, I have the privilege of providing personalized guidance to aspiring advertising professionals. Tailoring teaching plans to each mentee's interests, I introduced them to core concepts like brand positioning and communication strategy through hands-on projects. Conducting competency-based training, I helped determine focus areas for my mentees to launch their careers. It was deeply rewarding to coach them on developing strategies across industries from retail to tech, assessing progress and adapting my approach based on their growth. I'm proud to have enabled real-world experience that prepared these talented individuals for agency roles. Supporting the next generation of strategists was an invaluable opportunity to pay forward my own mentors' wisdom.

As Strategic Advisor, I had the mission of creating the brand name, developing the strategic vision and communication principles, and curating the development of the visual and verbal identity for this inspiring entrepreneurial event. I've also managed all the advertising and most of the communication campaigns for the first, 2022 edition.
