1 Example, A business had a Telephone system (isdn30) with around 10 handsets on an old aging phone system. after a full review and conversations to find what they really needed we implemented a new future proof hosted phone system, brand new phones provided full training and saved the business money on the call charges. all this was achieved by actually listening to the business and finding out what they need.
