I also have the amazing opportunity to work with a rockstar global Customer Success team that represents 5 different countries. My current duties and projects include:

- Proactively managing a book of clients by providing product training sessions via Zoom
- Working with the Support and Product teams to create a user guide for our United States-based clients. My specific duty was to proofread each page of the guide to ensure it was grammatically correct and simple for our clients to read. 
- Manage the recurring revenue for my book of business by ensuring the satisfaction of my clients throughout their contracted term and meeting their current needs upon renewal. 
- Assist the Head of Customer Success and other executives in creating a Customer Success Playbook.
