Working with the executive team, I was ultimately responsible for branding, messaging and online leads/sales for this growing global brand. I helped build and coach a new team. I implemented a new CRM tied to Salesforce for automated email and social marketing efforts, revamped the paid campaign structure and solidified a branding identity, all of which contributed to a 60% increase QoQ with online leads. MQLs were up significantly more. In addition, working with the CEO, product and sales heads we implemented established a clear process on how new products would be communicated internally and externally following their beta testing process and approval for sale.

During my time here, I've developed and led data-based online strategies that resulted in a 2 year revenue growth of 122% in online retail channels. Contributing efforts included growing SEM and promotional campaigns, launching a content marketing initiative, introducing improved mobile segmenting efforts in the Americas' region, and whole lot of A/B testing.
