• Conducted extensive market research and identified a strategic opportunity to establish our brand of Cordless Power Tools, DAX, under OEM terms in China. The focus was specifically on innovative DIY tools. As a result, we experienced a significant revenue increase of 21% in the following year.
• Successfully managed the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Continuously analyzed market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and capture new business opportunities.

• Demonstrated account management skills, overseeing both supplier and customer accounts. 
• Actively managed the main supplier account with Fimer, an Italian manufacturer of welding and cutting machines, with whom our company held an exclusive distributorship agreement.
• Successfully handled customer accounts, including representatives from three provinces - Kerman, Khorasan Razavi, and Isfahan. The combined sales of the three provinces experienced a remarkable growth of 170% from 2010 to 2014, demonstrating the success of our partnership and sales efforts.
• Particularly noteworthy, Kerman province witnessed an impressive sales increase of 235% during the same period, reflecting the effectiveness of our sales strategies and the strong performance of our Kerman representative.
• Managed key customer accounts, such as Saipa, one of the largest car manufacturers in Iran, ensuring their satisfaction and fulfilling their specific product requirements.

- Demonstrated comprehensive expertise in Bosch power tools, effectively conveying their features and advantages to clients.
- Achieved remarkable success, with my team attaining the highest revenue among all nationwide Bosch power tools distributors in both 2009 and 2010.

- Co-founded and established the company, specializing in importing outdoor fitness equipment from China and installing such equipment in parks, with a focus on serving municipalities as a contractor.
- Successfully fostered and maintained relationships with municipalities, resulting in agreements with 13 out of 22 Municipalities of Tehran and 34 municipalities nationwide.
