In my current position as the CTO, I continue to steer our Core Tech Team, maintaining a conducive environment for idea-sharing, goal-setting, and the seamless execution of technical standards across the company. My role extends to nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement among the team, ensuring we are at the forefront of technological advancements.

Supporting our sales department during pivotal customer engagements, I leverage my technical knowledge to foster trust and understanding with potential clients, aiding in the expansion of our customer base and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Furthermore, my responsibilities include providing support on a variety of technical and interpersonal issues to all colleagues, facilitating an environment where challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently. Through regular 1:1 meetings, I engage with many colleagues, assisting them in improving their communication, leadership, and technical problem-solving skills, thereby nurturing a workplace culture that encourages personal and professional growth for every team member.

My overarching goal remains to be a catalyst for innovation, ensuring our technical strategies align with the evolving market demands and contribute significantly to achieving our company's long-term objectives.

Chief Technology Officer

Lead of Core Tech Team: As lead I am responsible to organise group of senior developers, prepare all our meetings, set goals which we want to achieve, bring new ideas to the table and help implement technical standards across the company. My goal is to be opened to all ideas, support the best way I can any colleagues which need it and help solve any issues coming our way.

People Lead: This role give me the privilege of connecting with colleagues on a more personal level through our 1:1 meetings. I actively listen to their concerns, understand their day-to-day challenges, and guide them towards career advancement.

Product Owner: Leveraging my technical expertise, I translate customer insights into actionable product stories. I'm able to consider and imagine diverse use cases and understand their impact on the development process.

Lead developer: Working as lead developer gave me responsibility of delivering quality product and taking care of our team at the same time. I believe when you have great people in your team, that most issues can be resolved by proper, opened and on time communication. At the same time I was responsible to design and develop whole backend architecture.

Building these critical foundations include architecting or re-engineering existing Enablement Strategies, Programs and Job Aids, Demand Gen and Funnel Movement Integration; Pre-hire-to-first-sale Onboarding programs, tenured-track training, and career-pathing, to Product Launches for Sales and Technical teams, specializing in High-Tech, SaaS/Cloud, start-up environments.

Focus is on skill enhancement for AE's through in-role simulation workshops and live webinars for JIT learning.

Previous development has been on Tools and Training for Tenured AE's, with an emphasis on Product Enablement for the field. Working closely with Product Marketing team, developed a framework against which to map new products and updates, ensuring all releases are brought to the field holistically so AE's understand the world around our solution, not just the product itself, with a complete "Before/After" view of their prospect's world.  Host a weekly webinar program for the extended sales organization with a focus on practical knowledge and skills AE's can take and apply on the job. Newest iteration introduced "Disruptive Selling Strategies" featuring unique, bold, counter-intuitive sales strategies and tactics gathered from Wins around the world, packaged into a "how-to" series featuring the deal-makers themselves.

Responsible for Sales Readiness practice creating custom sales enablement, onboarding and coaching programs for clients that increase lead conversion rate, improve pipe, reduce ramp, and drive higher revenues. Using parallel delivery approach, leverage existing Enablement and Marketing teams to build better alignment and ongoing self-sufficiency.

Built Sales Enablement group from the ground up, hiring and directing team responsible for developing and delivering tools and training to help global sales reduce ramp time for new hires, compress cycle time from "Engage" to "Close" to increase revenues, and improve skill level of client-facing implementation organization for greater client satisfaction. Set strategy for and launched "YammerVersity" as global social sales university.  Built strong collaboration with Marketing to produce messaging, content and tools for Global Sales and Customer Support teams that linked value prop to prospects based on their unique needs based on position, industry and maturity curve in the Social Collaboration/Media space for Enterprise.

Director, Sales Enablement

SuccessFactors

Set strategy for Sales Enablement in partnership with executive sales stakeholders: Built Sales Enablement function from the ground up, hiring team to design, develop and deliver global sales tools and training for complex selling environment for Enterprise and SMB teams. Designed/implemented 90-day Onboarding program culminating in experiential learning "BootCamp" requiring demonstrable skills mastery at exit. In addition to executive level selling skills for SMB and Enterprise team, program incorporated value-based consulting for Sales Engineers/Consultants, and solution selling basics with select exec-selling components for Lead Generation Reps. Built strong alliance with Marketing to produce JIT training and tools for all new product launches and produced governance model for future product launch enablement. Training and tools include ILT, live web and e-Learning. Results include reduced ramp, higher attach rate for multiple solutions, and ability to call higher in the organization.

It took a Master’s Degree earned researching dozens of mid-life career-changers plus many years into teaching thousands how to sell multi-million dollar deals at the C-Suite to realize three things:

(1)	Everything we’ve been taught about career change is wrong

(2)	The strategies and skills I developed/taught in Silicon Valley comprise the secret handshake only the privileged few are taken under wing and taught in order to get what they want in business

(3)	These could be used for absolutely anything
