Furthermore, my responsibilities include providing support on a variety of technical and interpersonal issues to all colleagues, facilitating an environment where challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently. Through regular 1:1 meetings, I engage with many colleagues, assisting them in improving their communication, leadership, and technical problem-solving skills, thereby nurturing a workplace culture that encourages personal and professional growth for every team member.

My overarching goal remains to be a catalyst for innovation, ensuring our technical strategies align with the evolving market demands and contribute significantly to achieving our company's long-term objectives.

Lead of Core Tech Team: As lead I am responsible to organise group of senior developers, prepare all our meetings, set goals which we want to achieve, bring new ideas to the table and help implement technical standards across the company. My goal is to be opened to all ideas, support the best way I can any colleagues which need it and help solve any issues coming our way.

People Lead: This role give me the privilege of connecting with colleagues on a more personal level through our 1:1 meetings. I actively listen to their concerns, understand their day-to-day challenges, and guide them towards career advancement.

Product Owner: Leveraging my technical expertise, I translate customer insights into actionable product stories. I'm able to consider and imagine diverse use cases and understand their impact on the development process.

Precision AQ provides business and consulting services to life sciences companies, across their products’ lifecycles.

As Senior VP over Digital, I spearheaded the blending of multiple, distributed digital organizations comprising strategy, UX design, and tech teams responsible for realizing our clients’ multi-channel digital delivery initiatives. This allowed us to more efficiently create repeatable, scalable solutions for our clients and strengthen our commitment to data-driven marketing and measurable impact for our clients. 
As part of our ongoing team and technology consolidation efforts, I led the sales, strategy, and implementation for numerous clients in laboratory sciences and pharmaceuticals, mentoring other executives in effective storytelling, premiere customer service, and profitable resource planning and allocation.

I also established and guided Precision’s Generative AI Initiative, connecting all of our business units by recruiting 50 team members in various roles across the company and organizing the governance structure and training process needed to prepare the overall organization to use Artificial Intelligence tools responsibly and ethically. I led the evaluation, selection, and rollout of AI tools like MS Copilot and Adobe Generative Fill, opening the way to streamlining digital projects while protecting our clients’ security and data integrity.

- Closed 80% of engagements where Digital was involved earlier in sales process.
- Operationalized Digital Design System, reducing time-to-market for email by 50% & websites by 40%

In this role, I endeavored to strengthen existing processes and design new ones to bring focus and expertise to developing new solutions for assisting Pharmaceutical clients in commercializing their products.

Working with my product leadership, I created and launched an Agile Commercialization Framework, enabling my team to develop rapid product prototypes and MVPs and optimize go-to-market strategies. I also instituted the Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE), selecting a team of insightful, creative problem-solvers from across multiple industries to challenge the status quo and inject innovative thinking into areas of the organization where teams were struggling with integrating digital strategies with delivery.

- Leveraged Agile Commercialization Framework to develop and launch an analytics and insights product focused on oncology providers and associated professionals.
- Applied HCP 360 product to several major client marketing campaigns, transforming how they approached digital marketing and opening the way to omnichannel engagement

Senior Vice President, Head Of Digital and Product

As Senior VP over Customer Experience (CX) and Digital Innovation, I built on my previous role to further hone the Product team’s understanding and use of data to drive client success.

I led the design, development and implementation of Precision’s new HCP 360 product, which not only enabled us to track and collect engagement and interaction data for website visitors, but also to assign full media attribution to each individual’s customer journey as they moved across multiple channels and devices. 

Pulling from my previous experience, I guided my team in the creation of a flexible, portable Digital Design System, intended not only to streamline the creation of websites, email campaigns, and other digital assets, but also to proactively test their soundness across various platforms to reduce risk and increase ease of implementation. 

Highlighted Results:

- Rolled out HCP 360 to multiple Fortune 500 Pharma clients, vastly improving their visibility to customer activity and their ability to accurately target their marketing campaigns to specific channels, devices, and audience segments

Senior Vice President,  CX and Digital Innovation 

PRECISIONxtract, the digital products division of what is now Precision AQ, hired me as VP of Product Innovation and Marketing to lead new product development and commercialization for their portfolio. 
In this role, I revolutionized how the division engaged HCPs with the rebranding of and social marketing for the division’s three core product lines, which included applying design-thinking and user-centered design practices to various website redesigns, creating digital/social marketing blueprints to build and enhance the company brand, leading teams to measure and respond to customer engagement through successful, metrics-driven campaigns. 

I employed ecosystem mapping and worked with agency partners to develop an integrated content strategy focusing on driving website traffic through social media engagement. 

Highlighted Results:

- Increased LinkedIn followers from nearly zero to 6100+ followers, adding 3k+ in just 90 days
- Created a surge in leads to 90+ per month, at a cost per lead (CPL) well below industry averages
- Exponentially boosted website pageviews by nearly 5,000% while radically reducing bounce rates by nearly 20%, with a more than 2800% increase in visitors

Vice President, Product Innovation and Marketing

Fusion Alliance delivered expert consulting and contracting services across multiple disciplines, including software development, tech platform migration, and digital marketing services. 

As VP of Digital Solutions, I drove customer prospecting and engagement, mentoring business development and marketing teams in account-based sales and marketing strategies. I leveraged my own and my team’s expertise to partner with clients to strengthen and expand their marketing programs, including maturing and promoting our Digital Design System and creating ground-breaking approaches to Customer Experience (CX), improving business-critical processes, integrating marketing technologies, and designing data-driven measurement plans. 

I set the vision for our internal Marketing team, working with its Director to create streamlined, data-informed estimation and implementation models, such as the ROI Calculation and Management Model we used to staff and manage initiatives more effectively.

Highlighted Results:

- Spearheaded Design / Development System implementation, saving a Fortune 500 Pharma company nearly $11M in its first year of use
- Boosted Kroger’s customer satisfaction and reduced Scan-Bag-Go program expenses by co-architecting design enhancements, including new mobile app and analytics data capture to evaluate customer use and engagement
- Oversaw creation of Cincinnati Bell’s mobile app, which resulted in $8.67M in total processed payments, 6k+ self-help occurrences, and 15-19K monthly unique users 
- Guided increased customer acquisition and marketing campaign execution efficiencies for multinational financial services firms through email marketing advancements, including more collaborative workflows, design and content templates leveraging our Design System, systems integrations/reductions, and marketing automation.

Vice President, Digital Solutions

I was promoted to Director of Digital Solutions after 1 year as a consultant. I led a national Digital practice and managed revenue, P&L, and delivery for a team of 100 consultants across Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Columbus markets. 

I shifted Digital Solutions from a largely staff augmentation model to a project-based model, shaping the company’s new Solutions Director role for our department to deepen client engagement and expand sales support. I launched Digital Design System, which increased speed to market, tightened integration between agencies and partners, and strengthened our clients’ brand compliance and security.

Highlighted Results:

- More than tripled Digital’s $4.5M annual revenue to $15.5M over 4 years
- Grew digital marketing and technology practice from 25 to 130 consultants
- Supervised team recognized in both 2018 and 2019 as the Cincinnati Business Courier’s pick for Top Web Design Agency in Cincinnati, OH

Director of Digital Solutions

I was hired to manage a high-profile, high-stakes website redesign and business transformation via Sitecore CMS migration for one of the nation’s largest health insurance providers. I managed a team of content strategists, designers, UX professionals, and SEO analysts to restructure and modularize content for personalization across multiple channels and devices while laying the foundation for future, state-specific localization. I guided creation of governance model to streamline the creation and approval process for content and the implementation of Google Tag Manager for tracking visitor activity, conversion rates, and engagement to assist with the client’s ongoing content strategy.

Highlighted Results:

- Realized a 3x increase in online transaction completions (conversions)
- Drastically improved time-to-launch for digital marketing and multisite initiatives
- Strengthened brand trust and transparency as well as the client’s overall digital marketing effectiveness by unifying multiple branded web properties under a single, correlated URL

Healthx

HealthX provided white-label insurance member portals to health insurance companies, who in turn would brand them for their members.

In this role, I spearheaded the creation and execution of product roadmaps, collaborating with customers and our corporate leadership team to define product vision, gather and prioritize product requirements, and drive short- and long-term strategies.

Drawing on my previous marketing experience, I also led the coordination of product roll-out activities, including digital initiatives. For example, I architected and served as product lead for our flagship mobile application that enabled patients to log into their insurance member portal, check claims, review benefits, and print their member ID cards. It was one of the first of its kind.

Highlighted Results:

- Marketed and sold mobile application to 25 clients, including some of the largest in the world (e.g. Blue Cross/Blue Shield and United Healthcare)
- Generated $5M-$7M of annually recurring revenue via app sales and subscriptions

Founded by McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown, JMI was the global leader in motorsports marketing, offering powerful, relevant, and measurable solutions consistent with its clients’ long-term business objectives. JMI served diverse industries with brands such as UPS, Subway Restaurants, Jeff Gordon, Mazda, Unilever, Farmers Insurance, John Force Racing, Microsoft, and Eli Lilly.

As principal lead for all digital marketing and technology initiatives, I architected, built, and patented a precursor to today’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, called the Marketing Management System. In addition to managing all marketing campaigns and collateral for LG Electronics sponsorship of Formula 1 Racing, the system was also adopted to manage global marketing activation by UBS, Castrol, Pirelli, Diageo, Verizon, Lenovo, and Apex Brazil.

Additionally, I guided the launch of the global F1 Rocks websites, which coupled Formula 1 Racing with internationally streamed music concerts featuring headline artists, such as Beyonce, Black Eyed Peas, No Doubt, and ZZ Top.

- Reduced LG Electronics time-to-market for creative and marketing campaigns from 30+ days to 10 days with MAM
- Facilitated LG’s development and deployment of 1400 marketing programs, executed in 45 countries worldwide, using MAM

Innovation is a problem-solving skill. It stems from looking at old problems in new ways and creating solutions that not only meet the need but redefine possibilities for growing revenues and expanding businesses.

In my early career, I architected, built, and patented a Marketing Asset Management system. The system was adopted by a number of big brands across multiple industries, transforming their businesses by streamlining marketing initiatives and slashing turnaround times from months, in some cases, to mere days.

Successful strategies require a balance between deep expertise and broad knowledge. My collaborations with numerous talented individuals and partnerships with agencies and tech firms across Pharma, Healthcare, Finance, Entertainment, and Retail have not only expanded my own knowledge but gave me the expertise to mentor other leaders in building successful, profitable digital marketing businesses. As an executive, I’ve led initiatives to integrate disparate, disjointed technologies and connect the audience, channel, data, and delivery “dots” necessary for implementing a fluid, engaging omnichannel experience.
