If you’re customizing records in HubSpot, this update is huge.

You can now apply conditional logic to both tabs and cards inside your CRM record views.

Before today, you could only do this on the left and right sidebars. Now you can fully tailor what your team sees across the record.
Here’s why that matters:

 ✅ Clean up clutter by only showing what’s relevant for that record type or user

 ✅ Personalize by team so Sales, CS, or RevOps each see what matters to them

 ✅ Build smarter CRM experiences like hiding customer health scores until someone actually becomes a customer

Finally! You can customize line item properties in HubSpot.
About damn time.

Now you can:
✅ Create custom properties on the Line Item object
✅ Build calculated or conditional fields (margin %, fees, logic-based discounts)
✅ Use them in quotes, workflows, and reporting
✅ Manage them all from Settings → Data Management → Properties, just like Contacts or Deals

This closes one of the big CPQ gaps in HubSpot’s CRM architecture.
It means that quoting and revenue reporting finally operate on the same object-level logic as deals and companies.

If you’ve ever hacked your way around this with custom code, spreadsheet exports, or tears, this update’s for you.

Huge step for RevOps maturity in HubSpot.

Most RevOps teams are planning to fail in 2026.

They are building Ferrari-level automation for a go-kart process.

I see it constantly. Marketing and Sales aren't aligned. Marketing thinks they delivered gold. Sales thinks they got trash. And your fancy HubSpot workflows are just speeding up the disappointment.

You cannot automate a handshake that never happened.

The winning strategy for 2026 isn't more complexity. It’s radical simplicity rooted in agreement.

Before you touch the tech, you need shared ownership: → Agree on the requirements. → Agree on the qualification criteria. → Agree on the exact moment of the hand-off.

Build simple, easy-to-maintain automation that supports that agreement. Don't build a robot to fix a relationship problem.
