Follow these steps:
1. Go to chatgpt.com
2. Click on your profile picture on bottom left.
3. Click ‘Personalization’.
4. Select ‘Base style and tone’ from the available options. This helps you set the basic style and tone of how ChatGPT responds to you.
5. In ‘Custom Instructions’ add what you want ChatGPT to have and not have in its outputs.
6. Add your nickname ChatGPT can use in chats.
7. Add your occupation so ChatGPT understands you better.
8. Add more information about your interests, values, tone of voice, writing style, and preferences.
9. Enable or disable memory to let ChatGPT know more about you
10. Enable or disable record mode to enable or disable ChatGPT using previous chats as references to create new outputs

Dos:
- Do specify your role and goals clearly so the model knows your context.
- Do define how you prefer the tone, style, and format of responses.
- Do keep your instructions concise and manageable rather than overly long.
- Do update or refine your custom instructions as your needs or projects evolve.
- Do use custom instructions to reduce repetition and improve consistency across chats.

Don'ts:
- Don’t overload the instruction fields with every little preference; it can reduce effectiveness.
- Don’t assume the model will read between vague instructions; be explicit when necessary.
- Don’t include extremely sensitive or proprietary personal data if you’re unsure about usage/privacy.

Output I got:
- ChatGPT cleaned the data & gave me a good report, & then here are the key takeaways I got in an easy-to-understand way.

For each assumption, evaluate its necessity (must-have vs convenience) and testability (how to falsify). Rebuild a solution from only the indispensable parts.  2. Steelman the Opposition 
Act as an impartial philosopher. State my position: “{insert position}.” Identify the strongest possible opposing thesis that a highly intelligent critic would advance. Act as a decision scientist. For the choice “{insert decision},” enumerate mutually exclusive options. For each option, map a decision tree with key uncertainties and outcomes. Estimate probabilities, costs, and benefits; compute expected values and confidence ranges. Conclude with the dominant option, critical variables (by EV sensitivity), and what evidence would most change the decision.  4. Red Team Pre-Mortem 
Act as a red-team strategist. Assume the plan “{insert plan}” failed catastrophically in 12 months. List the top 10 plausible failure modes, early warning signals for each, severity/likelihood ratings, and concrete countermeasures. Conclude with a prioritized mitigation roadmap and a monitoring dashboard (leading indicators, thresholds, and actions).
 
 5. Causal Map and Intervention Points 
Act as a causal modeler. Build a cause-effect map for “{insert outcome to improve},” identifying upstream drivers, mediators, and feedback loops. Label each link with direction and plausible strength. Propose 5 leverage points where small interventions could yield outsized effects, including intervention design, measurement, risks, and fallback plans.

The new way of doing SEO

I was always told "don't compare yourself"

Cool advice. Terrible execution.

Because building a brand isn’t the hard part.
Staying in the game is.

And trust me, when it felt like I wasn’t made for this,
quitting looked really tempting.

To stay in, I started keeping proof: 

• Snapping photos of milestones with the date
• Focusing on getting a little better each day
• Excited to look back and cringe at everything I've done
  
But is real!
 
The more you play, the better you get.

So respect your pace, show up, and keep proof.

Because when you feel stuck and look back,
proof will speak louder than doubt.

Should you always personalize connection requests? 

Nope. Let me explain. 

Sure! With a personalized note, you stand out.

But let's be clear. 

“Hi [victim name]” is not real personalization.

If you don't have time to actually make it personal instead of replacing words in a template 90% of people use... just send it blank.

(I do this more often) 

If you have a good profile or useful content, it'll be fine. 
You can track your acceptance rate to feel comfortable. 

Then spend quality time with those who accept.

That's why this debate isn't black or white. 
It's what helps you connect better, not just fake it. 

And if you’re using automation, just make sure it works, and please, retire the guru template.

What’s your approach?

Last Friday, I was up at 1 am writing an email, thought it would flop, but added $3,000 in revenue.

It had been a trash day. 
I messed up many times, and I wanted to zone out.

Normally, I'd scroll on social media, feel bad, then skip my work like a responsible adult.

But then, I remembered something I promised myself:
• Take a sheet of paper 
• Write your daily 3 non-negotiables 
• Don't go to sleep until it's f*cking

So I opened my laptop and started typing.

That short email helped me sign 1 deal. 

And I’m telling you this because it finally clicked in a way I hated, but needed.

This is the hard part of business: you are the boss.
No one will force you to show up.

So, as the queen Leila Hormozi says:
"f*ck your mood, follow the plan"

Because the tiny steps you want to skip?
They’re the ones that compound.

When the algorithm feels impossible, and motivation is low. This strategy still gives me results. 

As a founder, you’re putting out fires all day.

So on the tough days...
Your “LinkedIn plan” gets pushed to later.

But inconsistent inputs = inconsistent results.

Here is what helps me stay consistent when life and the algorithm create chaos: 

1️⃣ Batch your work:
Pick one day. Create for the week.
When hard days come, you still ship.
(Most won’t stick to this cuz it’s hard at first)

2️⃣ Keep an inspiration hub:
Save ideas and posts you like.
On days with low energy, you do not start from zero.

2️⃣ Analyze your metrics:
Post with intention, not just by habit.
Have clarity to save brain power on hard days.
