o	The Establishment held Twenty-Two (22) Army Teams involving various sports discipline & the sports equipment/Food Supplements formed a part of the procurement process. 

•	Achievement during first COVID Lockdown : Procured Critical Care items, tech specs about which were not yet known (PPE Kit, Thermal Guns, Area sanitation chemicals etc) for a 200 Bed Hospital during COVID Pandemic in 2020 within two weeks after negotiations with vendors at different locations across the Country.

•	Planned & Conceptualised the ELINT model for an installation for Contract of Supply, Fitment & Installation of SRE (security related eqpt). The contract amount (INR 3 Million) involved the concurrence of the IFA (Integrated Fin Advisor), a representative of the CGDA (Controller of Def Accounts).      

•	Equipment Management i.e, Indenting, Holding, Issuing, Accounting & Maintenance of Engineer Training Stores to include Bridge Stores, Field Engineering Stores, Earth Moving Plant and Explosives.

•	Responsible for Execution of Three Turnkey Civil Engg Projects:
o	Construction of an Office Building.

Role involved supply of uninterrupted power & water supply to the military personnel & their families (1800) in the Campus ensuring redundancy through DG sets.
- Maintaining a high level of readiness for firefighting by ensuring the charging of 125 static water tanks (SWTs) and conducting regular filling up rehearsals from pump houses.

•	Planning & Estimation of the u/m facilities:
o	Six Storage Sheds (INR 260 million).
o	Three Storage Sheds (INR 450 million).

o	Multi Floor Accommodation for Single Men (INR 48 million).
o	1 Lakh Gallon Capacity Over Head Tank with UG Sump (INR 40 million).

•	Execution of Various Engg Works including Contract Management, Execution, Settlement of Final Bill. (Approx. Budget INR 350 million).

•	Technical Audit of INR 2000 Million (200 Crore) Turnkey Project executed by BDL where a number of observations were noted & duly rectified by the Contractor.
