MY STORY:

As a mentor, coach, & and servant leader, I have served over 50,000 families and led 100+ direct reports in the span of my 20-year career as an education leader. I have coached and mentored 1000s of stakeholders (students, parents, teachers, counselors, psychologists, social workers, ed leaders, and teams) to expand their capabilities, achieve progressively challenging goals, and overcome obstacles. I have coordinated and led over 200 conferences, including being a keynote speaker.

​After experiencing chronic stress and habitual burnout, I resigned during the pandemic, in December 2020, so I could be a better mom to my kids and a better human to myself. I used restorative practices and the tools and techniques I have learned to patch and fill my own bucket, find harmony and joy again, and be the best mom possible. As a life-long learner, I am dedicated to gaining and sharing knowledge.

My grandfather was a first generation entrepreneur who came to Mumbai from Goa to start his business in 1944 & he set up an office.

He was trading in scientific glass appratus.

My father, a civil engineer by qualification had to take over the business at age 24 due to the sudden demise of my grandfather 

He expanded the business & started manufacturing at 3 places 

After writing my final paper of my CA Exams,

I came home, had lunch & slept for an hour

Immediately left for my fathers factory - 

My father was not keeping good health at that time & i took over the reins at age 21.

For the next 5 years, shuttling between the factories & office was my daily routine.

My father resumed active business after 5 years & i stepped back to join the CA profession 

In the profession my association with Banks especially validating their credit risk have led to scrutinizing thousands of loan proposals 

The skill of knowing how to make a business plan & evaluating what looks good on paper is as good in reality has been honed in over 3 decades.

As a risk professional have always identified, assessed & analyzed risks to arrive at pro-active, preventive mitigants.

I want to use my experience & expertise to help solopreneurs be more efficient in managing their business with clarity & confidence.

I have developed the 6C & 7S framework to help reflect on where one stands on the Business Maturity Curve so that he could improve to better success & results

What is rightfully yours will often return to you.

While this may not always be the case, my experiences have shaped a firm belief in this principle.

One incident stands out: 

I lent a sum to a distant relative to help pay a hospital for the release of his daughter's body. He repaid me years later, & is untraceable, since.It felt as if repaying was his duty, & he fulfilled it.

Just yesterday, received a sum of money that I had lent to a friend in need, years ago. 

There are good people in this world who remember to repay thwir debt.

The world exists because of such individuals.

It's important to remember: 

1) Never be a borrower & lend only what you can afford to forget. 

2) Do not expect repayment, & never let a financial transaction spoil a relationship. 

3) What is lost was never meant to be yours in the first place. 

4) Perform your good deeds & let go to derisk to bloom & compound in life.
