I grew up in a remote town in Maharashtra, went to a Tier 2 college & took a lot of unconventional routes to land up a one-way flight to Bangalore— all of it for the right opportunity.

Opportunity to build something that I truly find joy in & want to spend a considerable portion of my life. Sure - like most of my inner circle of friends, I was ambitious, but none of it would have happened if Bengaluru had not given me the “Opportunity”.

I’m grateful to be able to live my dream, build products that impact so many lives over the last couple of years & be part of the India story. 

Currently, I am building GrowthX, a community that helps you be around people who are smarter than you, learn key skills & crack your next breakout role. Over 5,000 vetted professionals from companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Apple, Jio, HUL, ITC, Coca-Cola, and more trust GrowthX to grow their careers.

A large part of my work involves curating new members, defining the learning experience and getting founders and growth leaders to accelerate their companies & careers. 

GrowthX is a social learning community of founders, product & marketing leaders. Our members come from top internet companies such as Google, Stripe, Airbnb, Netflix, Razorpay, Freshworks, CRED, Flipkart, Canva, Meesho, OYO, Bloomberg, Zoho, Cisco, Unacademy, Khatabook, Smallcase, Udaan & 1800+ others.

Decentro

1. Partnerships: Build marketing partnerships which helped add qualified leads to the sales funnel. I have built referral partnerships with 22 partners such as 100XVC, IIIT Delhi, We Work Labs and many others that contribute actively to the qualified sales pipeline.

2. Community Building: Built “Decentro Talkies” community by organising exclusive meetups targeting fintech decision makers at 22 networking mixers, fostering business-led conversations via curated themes focused on fintech.

3. Offline Events: Organized participation in 25+ events across India, and South-East Asia, reaching 1.87L+ new audiences and converting high-value enterprise-level clients with one-on-one meetings.

Marketing and Partnerships

Everything Marketing 👀

1. Product Marketing: Built GTM strategies for multiple products, and revamped product positioning and messaging, while building product documentation. Delivered sales enablement documents that enhanced enterprise-level pitches.

2. Social Media: Worked on building social media channels for Decentro with a 52% YoY growth across LinkedIn that included–campaign creation, copywriting, building impactful creatives, etc. 

3. Email Marketing: Scaled our bi-weekly Fintalks newsletter to 15,000+ subscribers, that generate high-intent leads focused on product updates, industry insights, resources, etc.

Additionally, I’ve also worked on launching products that ranked #1 product of the day on PH, writing top-ranking product pages like UPI Autopay API, etc., and churning out customer-focused resources like case studies and guides that aimed to improve organic traffic.

We even launched a D2C platform that helped users try new products, and also a hyperlocal app for tier 3 cities.
