I grew up in a remote town in Maharashtra, went to a Tier 2 college & took a lot of unconventional routes to land up a one-way flight to Bangalore— all of it for the right opportunity.

Opportunity to build something that I truly find joy in & want to spend a considerable portion of my life. Sure - like most of my inner circle of friends, I was ambitious, but none of it would have happened if Bengaluru had not given me the “Opportunity”.

I’m grateful to be able to live my dream, build products that impact so many lives over the last couple of years & be part of the India story. 

Currently, I am building GrowthX, a community that helps you be around people who are smarter than you, learn key skills & crack your next breakout role. Over 5,000 vetted professionals from companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Apple, Jio, HUL, ITC, Coca-Cola, and more trust GrowthX to grow their careers.

A large part of my work involves curating new members, defining the learning experience and getting founders and growth leaders to accelerate their companies & careers.

With 12 years of experience spanning a Corporate Stint, a Family Business and 2 Startups, 
Siddhant has a unique knack for not just identifying problem areas but also working around solutions for them.

He's great at breaking down a large complex goal into smaller achievable milestones.

He has acquired exceptional observational skills with which he deciphers what a product is missing; and also what a product is doing and why, which will make a lot of sense from the user convenience point of view and consequently add value to the business.

𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙅𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙨𝙤 𝙛𝙖𝙧-
𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝐒𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 (𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐤)- was an app for reporting of traffic violations by users in return for rewards. This involved ease of recording at one click and even handsfree violation reporting running over voice tech.

𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝐒𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 (𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐨)- was a TikTok of geo-tagged videos captured off the roads with a vision of having a massive mobility community that would help with near realtime visuals for users before they take up stretch of road to drive on.

𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 in both his startups were around 'Product Development' and Growth Strategies, handling customer support, digging through consumer insights for enhancing user experience, working up UI that will fasten navigation of users through the platforms and so on. All this whilst ensuring agile practices were in picture. 
Siddhant ensured that 95% of the users in his 1st startup Traffic Sahayak came in organically as they built a massive community of 5k followers on Twitter alone.

Prior to his startup he was in his family business in the automobile engine reconditioning space.

Before the entrepreneurship journey, Siddhant spent 2 years in the corporate world with A.C. Nielsen in the consumer insights domain.

Siddhant is currently working as a Principal Consultant with Vroomble, leading research projects for Consulting and Sustainability firms, as well as key players in the Electric Vehicles Ecosystem. His focus remains on leveraging data driven approaches when it comes to product strategy, growth, and sustainability-driven actionable insights.
