I grew up in a remote town in Maharashtra, went to a Tier 2 college & took a lot of unconventional routes to land up a one-way flight to Bangalore— all of it for the right opportunity.

Opportunity to build something that I truly find joy in & want to spend a considerable portion of my life. Sure - like most of my inner circle of friends, I was ambitious, but none of it would have happened if Bengaluru had not given me the “Opportunity”.

I’m grateful to be able to live my dream, build products that impact so many lives over the last couple of years & be part of the India story. 

Currently, I am building GrowthX, a community that helps you be around people who are smarter than you, learn key skills & crack your next breakout role. Over 5,000 vetted professionals from companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Apple, Jio, HUL, ITC, Coca-Cola, and more trust GrowthX to grow their careers.

The product is simple — you spend face-time with vetted people online & through IRL events, learn key skills through weekly live learning expert-led sessions, & you get everything you need to crack your next job role.

A large part of my work involves curating new members, defining the learning experience and getting founders and growth leaders to accelerate their companies & careers. 

GrowthX is a social learning community of founders, product & marketing leaders. Our members come from top internet companies such as Google, Stripe, Airbnb, Netflix, Razorpay, Freshworks, CRED, Flipkart, Canva, Meesho, OYO, Bloomberg, Zoho, Cisco, Unacademy, Khatabook, Smallcase, Udaan & 1800+ others.

Game Theory 

New locations would take ~25 weeks to ramp up to decent utilisation. Built the playbook (pricing to impact preference & fill rate) to compress ramp up to 2 weeks.

GrowthX®

Part of the early team, eventually grew to lead the Learning Experience vertical. Our charter was to scale the membership from an 8-week program into a high-value community. We started by driving an industry-leading NPS of 78, which was a core signal for referrals. Over time, we increased the value of the membership by co-building learning programs with industry leaders. This allowed us to scale pricing. We understood (fast) that India has a very low willingness to pay high subscription fees in education. The team solved that with a bunch of unbundling & GTM experiments. GrowthX taught me to break down the largest problems into tiny solvable chunks & I'm forever grateful for it.

Head, Learning Experience

Hoop Flo

Joined as the second team member at Hoop Flo, working alongside Eshna Kutty (one of India’s first Nike ambassadors & a leading flow artist). We combined content, community & commerce to make Hoop Flo the #1 destination for hooping in India. Over 12 months, we grew from a few tens to 1,000+ engaged members. In hindsight, what we built wasn’t just a brand, it was a movement. Members genuinely bragged about being part of Hoop Flo.

Founding Member

A few months after an ACL injury, I decided I wanted to do a Himalayan trek. On paper, it didn’t make sense. But, I was determined to make it happen. I got up every day, tracked every little thing on a sheet, adjusted the plan when my knee flared up & stacked the workouts day after day until I had the endurance I needed. At the end of 5th week, I had summitted a smol (but mighty) Himalayan peak.

I am that person. Once I commit to something, I’ll figure out what it takes, put in the work and get it done.

This has been a consistent theme with work too. True when I was building GrowthX (the most transformational & access-dense community for business leaders & founders in India), true when I helped build Hoop Flo from scratch (turning an experimental idea into India’s #1 place for all things hooping), true with starting Recess Club (a community that plays every Saturday at 7AM).

I’m told I’m a generalist. But, I really think of it as problem solving. I like solving problems where there’s no handbook, no structure, just fear (lol) and ambitious goals.

That’s where I do my best work.
