I grew up in a remote town in Maharashtra, went to a Tier 2 college & took a lot of unconventional routes to land up a one-way flight to Bangalore— all of it for the right opportunity.

Opportunity to build something that I truly find joy in & want to spend a considerable portion of my life. Sure - like most of my inner circle of friends, I was ambitious, but none of it would have happened if Bengaluru had not given me the “Opportunity”.

I’m grateful to be able to live my dream, build products that impact so many lives over the last couple of years & be part of the India story.

•  Analyzed market data to develop product strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
•  Developed a deep understanding of customer segments and advocated for the best trial, buying, and in-product user experience through market research, A/B testing, user acceptance testing, and data analysis.
• Identified and resolved supply chain issues to improve product availability at the warehouse, marketplace, the omni channels level and ensured order delivery metrics to drive the NPS.

Senior Growth Product Manager

• Managed a roadmap for key initiatives that drive growth, and worked closely with a leadership team and cross-functional teams to execute that roadmap.
• Translated the product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and handed over the final product development to the engineering teams.
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Identified the key drivers of growth to increase conversion, expansion, and retention did strategic planning and carried out the execution.
• Designed and executed A/B tests on the website for the product features to improve user experience and boost engagement and drive customer retention.
• Drove customer acquisition by implementing changes in the targeted referral reward programs and built partnerships with social media personalities.

Growth Product Manager

RentoMojo

• Prioritized and launched product features by resolving cross-functional dependencies and mitigating risks/roadblocks.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
• Estimated the impact of out-of-stock products on the revenue earned.
• Bifurcated user queries from various channels into fixed categories to save time for the Customer Experience Team. This brought down the resolution time for queries from ~5mins to ~ 2mins per query.
• Tracked the marketing campaign metrics like CPC, CTR, reach, spends, app downloads, app installs, page views, and conversions. These metrics were further used to automatically calculate the performance trends of said campaigns.
• Analysed the behavior patterns of referrer users and referred users. Calculated the ARPU of each user. These are combined together to strategize a revamp in the referral module to reduce CAC.
• Built a performance tracker for tracking the performance of brokers & decide their performance pay-outs and incentives.
• Built an automated dashboard to get overall and granular details about various data-point for the offline business model.
• Segmented the customer base in terms of demographics and other metrics like recency, frequency, and monetary values.

Product Analyst - Growth & Analytics

•	Provided Business Intelligence solutions in data warehousing for decision support systems and OLAP application development for Windows and UNIX platforms.
•	Developed, installed new EME compliant ETL applications and reconfigured existing applications whose execution time reduced by in ~35-40% in Ab initio.  
•	Optimized existing job flows and SLA stream run timings.
•	Performed unit testing and UAT testing of applications and data. 
•	Performed Impact Analysis associated with low/high level modification to existing warehouse which saved the ~45% efforts for code reconfiguration.
•	Conducted data profiling and development of source-to-target mapping documents.  
•	Experienced with client communication and requirement gathering with Discover as Client. 
•	Gathered domain knowledge about credit cards & student loans while working with Discover as a client in order to properly warehouse the data and generate reports on it.
•	Awarded for being an outstanding team member for surpassing operational challenges.

•	Designed and implemented android projects to measure electric energy consumption and auto-rickshaw transportation.
