As a Residential Assistant, I facilitate and foster an inclusive and friendly environment for 40 residents from a variety of backgrounds. I also organize weekly events for 37 residents, as well as collaborate with 15 Resident Assistants and supervisors to plan hall-wide events for over 700 residents. Additionally, I administer clerical duties such as managing a budget of 200$ a semester, shift-scheduling, filing maintenance, and incident reports, and doing roommate agreements for residents.

I developed Tableau dashboards for the Krannert Professional Development Center and the Krannert Social Media team to create data-driven strategies.  During the project, we restructured ambiguous data to develop Tableau dashboards that monitor key performance indicators for the projects. We used Tableau Prep to structure the data tables and conducted data analytics using RegEx to find trends over the last 4 years. Additionally, in order to improve our skills, I worked on 10 small weekly projects that worked on a certain segment of data analytics such as SQL and joining data tables

Over the 10 weeks, I worked on a project to help transform monthly cross-functional strategy meetings and processes in 8 countries. It helped to improve global cadence and realize opportunities greater than $1 million for Sales teams. I also helped integrate financial and pipeline reporting capabilities for commercial strategy meetings for worldwide alignment and growth monitoring. I also developed Power BI dashboards that report over $46 million worth of sales and procurement to support executive leadership in developing commercial strategies on SKU and vertical rationalization. I also participated in lunch-and-learns with executives and other interns at the company.

I am currently exploring the nexus between Economics, Anthropology, and Data Analytics at Purdue University. I have an extroverted personality and love connecting with people through stories. I believe each person has a story to tell, and I am here to listen to each story that ties us together. 

I am interested in learning about economic decisions are shaped by individual rationalities, and hence finding a way to quantify this data and understand the trends behind this. I am looking for a full-time position in Business Analytics and Data Intelligence starting May 2023.

I am looking to grow professionally and personally through mentorship, which is one of my biggest driving factors, as I believe learning never stops at an age. As an avid bookworm, I am grateful for any book recommendations to help me grow and develop myself.
