As Head of Customer marketing I'm responsible for the planning, production and execution of all activities targeting potential and existing customers, including ABM (account based marketing), content marketing, social media and other types of digital marketing - working closely with the sales team and other parts of the organization

PostNord is the leading logistic company in the Nordics, as well as the biggest provider of mail services in Denmark and Sweden. As a major player both in B2C and B2B in several areas the company interacts with almost every person living in the Nordic region in some way or form on a daily basis. 

My role was to develop, implement and revise digital strategies for the Group's presence in all markets, mainly focusing on development and use of content (in owned, earned and paid media).

I also developed the Group's presence in social media on both a strategic and operational level from practically nothing to a strong and efficient presence. 

I was responsible for the creation, implementation and follow-up of content related policies, guidelines and manuals, including measurement and SEO in a content context. An important part of this was finding and developing opportunities for how to use social media to strengthen business, customer development, recruitment and so on.

Finally, I was also responsible for the processes and tools used to manage and ensure quality of the content on websites, in search engines and on social media as well as content used on third-part sites.

I was responsible for driving and developing JG Communication’s offering in content strategy and content marketing. This included all stages from creating and developing models and processes to implementing and evaluating what was delivered. 

I also helped clients in all stages of content and digital strategy, from planning and analysis, execution and content ideation to distribution and measurements. 

In addition to this I worked with clients to develop and evolve their presence in social media. I was involved in all stages, from strategy and analysis to implementation and measurements. 

I also taught and lectured on topics like content strategy, content marketing, digital strategy and social media.

Finally, I developed and drove JG Communication’s external communication, in digital and social arenas as well as events and analog channels.

As a senior digital strategist I helped companies and organizations develop and improve their digital presence, including social media. My work ranged from brand related projects to marketing and PR. I shaped and implemented strategy, often focusing on content, ROI and KPI's. In addition to this I was a frequent speaker and trainer on topics like content strategy, social media, storytelling and media relations. I also did a lot of storytelling and copywriter.

As the Content coordinator for a global company I was responsible for the content in both the internal and external global channels. This entailed evaluating and shaping news stories, determining formats and channels as well as working with messaging on a strategic and tactical level. I collaborated with editors and communicators from all parts of the world, aligning news flow and maximizing impact. In addition to this I also evaluated and measured the penetration of all content.

As the manager of the internal global channels of a large global company I managed a staff of between 10-14 editors and journalists. I was responsible for resource planning, budgets, client satisfaction as well as the day to day management of the staff.

Starting my own company, I continued to work with a number of companies, mainly on branding related projects. The focus in these projects ranged from historical to marketing projects, as well as CR-related. I would participate in projects from the strategy phase to the delivery phase, mostly in thr role of creator/copywriter. Two of the projects I worked was an exhibition on mobile telephony (The mobile turns 50) and doing the exhibition part of Ericsson's set up for the Volvo Ocean Race (including a yard for building the boats)

During my time there I was a key driver in the transformation of the organization from a traditional institution to an outward-looking, business oriented organization, focused on helping companies use their history for branding and storytelling purposes.
