•       Helped close the first Sophos Anti-Spam appliance deal when product was introduced worldwide.
•	Worked with a small team of account executives on joint calls, webinars, account planning and customer qualification.
•	Interfaced with various customers at both a business and a technical level and proposed viable solutions during customer meetings.
•	Supported products PureMessage for Unix a high performance and high volume anti-spam solution for enterprise e-mail gateways and Enterprise Solutions, a managed anti-virus product for endpoints on OS X, Windows, Linux.
•	Responsible for integrating the PureMessage product with Sendmail or Postfix mail transfer agents (MTA) and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) servers.

•	Software was highly scalable, distributed system built on Sun and Oracle technologies
•	Responsible for integrating, designing, testing, deploying and supporting Quallaby’s product line.
•	Supported customer’s production systems 24x7, which included debugging, analyzing problems, and developing solutions or workarounds for the problem.
•	Developed SNMP performance metric formulae for Cisco, Juniper Networks, Redback Networks, F5, and other major network vendors.
•	Developed Java, Perl programs, and UNIX Shell scripts to integrate the product into customer’s environments.
•	Customized reporting system’s web portal and Reports that ran on SilverStream application servers using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java.
•	Preformed many different database tasks that include creating Quallaby database on Oracle 8i/9i Servers, writing SQL queries, backup, restore, and maintenance of large databases.
