Ricoh is a Fortune Global 500 organisation that specialises in technology and IT services. My role was to win and manage Corporate accounts (circa £250m turnover) within the IT services division delivering hardware/software and IT services to net new win - Mid Cheshire NHS Trust.

New Business Account Manager - IT Services Sector

M247 Europe

Internally promoted, this role at Metronet UK (as it was then known) was to generate new business by supporting customers with MPLS, connectivity, colocation and server/storage.

During my tenure, turnover and EBITDA were doubled and Metronet (UK) completed the £47.5 Million acquisition of content and hosting provider M247 (later utilising the brand as the face of the company).

New business sales role that gave me wide ranging exposure to the managed IT sector. Responsible for leading both new logo wins within mid-market selling across the entire M247 technology portfolio.

I feel truly energised when teams work together collaboratively and they empower each other to best serve our customers.

Insatiable in my desire to learn and grow both inside and outside of work. When combining this passion for learning with a relentless work ethic and an ambition to make a difference for customers, I truly believe that I can achieve anything.
