I am the liaison between clients, suppliers and internal colleagues across technical and commercial areas.  Responsibility for the continued review & improvement of internal processes & procedures is also a key part of this role.

This was a fast-paced, client-facing role with overall responsibility for the direction and delivery of client solution design, build & rollout.  This role also held responsibility for line-managing the operational & support teams looking after on-going service delivery.

Managed distributed, cross-department teams consisting of internal and external colleagues, delivering bespoke EDI solutions for major retailers and banks.  Active in full project lifecycle, including presentations to prospective customers, creation and presentation of proposals, creation of after-sales requirement & specification documents, planning and management of global rollouts and on-going account management & support.

Here I was solely responsible for supporting the rollout of web-based EDI to 6000+ Wolseley UK suppliers and Dixon’s suppliers in Asia (through their Hong Kong sourcing office).  Assisted the Development Director to resolve software issues and implement system enhancements & features following user feedback.
