V3.0 .... In 2020 we rebranded a number of acquisitions into the Navisite you see today. 

I ran a multinational team to manage and maximise value from partnerships with Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle and others. We held responsibility for growing our relationships with these partners to support the sales goals of the company at a global level. We also managed the integration of partnerships from acquired companies as we moved towards one Navisite brand and entity. 

All good things must come to and end though and in July 2022 I parted ways with Navisite on friendly terms as the management team set about the business of preparing the company for sale to Accenture in early 2024.

V2.0 ... In February 2019 we successfully sold Clckwrk to RDX. This was always the goal. 

We'd set out over the previous 3 years to grow the company in revenue and reputation to the point where it would be an attractive acquisition. 

Post acquisition is an interesting time in a company when there is a lot of change, good and not so good, and that needs to be managed. I led the AWS partnership during this period as this would prove to be the growth engine of the business in the longer term, we extended the partnership into the US and started to grow the team.

V1.0 ... Myself and 3 friends started Clckwrk, we could see in 2011 that the cloud was going to replace conventional hosted IT systems and there was an opportunity to work and define this space. 

We pivoted a few times before setting the course of the company to be "Migrating Oracle to AWS". 

Over the next seven years we defined the space in the UK and later in the US, becoming the 'go-to' partner for AWS customers who wanted to look at hosting Oracle on the cloud.

Between 2016 and 2019 I led the strategic direction of the company, building on the AWS partnership, marketing and selling our capabilities and preparing us for exit.

In 2013 Clckwrk and Infuse partnered to take to market the 'Upgrade Robot' ... an automated upgrade tool for Oracle databases. It you have 1000s of Oracle database instances (many large companies have this and more!) then upgrading them all becomes a mammoth task. Enter the robot. 

Great idea ... but we didn't manage to sell it. The code is still there if this is of interest!
