The more honest you are, the more premium you look.

Because clients don’t trust perfect humans. They trust real ones.

Say what you think.
Share what you’ve lived.

Start talking like an actual person. 

Stop being so “professional” all the time. 

Start being useful, honest, and human.

That’s what stands out now.

I don’t blame them.

When something works even a little, your brain treats it like a lucky charm.

You hold onto it because it feels safe.

And honestly, business is already stressful enough… nobody wants to gamble with something new every other month.

📌 But here’s the problem:

Some strategies didn’t “work.”
You just got lucky.
Right place. Right time. Less competition. 

Today your audience is sharper.
They’ve seen every “hack.”
They spot fake urgency from miles away.

They don’t respond unless they feel something real.

So repeating an old trick isn’t being consistent.

It’s being comfortable.
Comfortable doesn’t scale.

You don’t need a “bold new strategy.”

You just need one that isn’t stuck in nostalgia.

Respect what worked.
Thank it for its service.

And then… do the thing you keep avoiding.

That’s how a grown business grows.

It forced me to grow in ways I wasn’t ready for.

There was no “later”. No “I’ll deal with this someday”. It was all now.

Personally, this year made one thing very clear to me: If I don’t choose myself, no one else will.

I’ve always been good at working hard. 
Pushing through.
Showing up even when I’m tired.
Putting things aside and saying, “I’ll handle it.”

But this year… my body and mind didn’t let me ignore things anymore.

I had to slow down.
I had to sit with my thoughts.
I had to accept that growth doesn’t always look productive.

There were days I felt emotionally exhausted without knowing why.
Days where I questioned myself more than usual.

And I know I’m not alone in this.

2025 was challenging for a lot of us.

Everyone was carrying something, even if they didn’t talk about it.

📌 What this year taught me:

~ Never give up on yourself. Even on days you don’t recognise who you are anymore.

~ Staying calm in difficult situations is the right thing to do in life and in business.

~ Work hard, yes. Give your best, always. But don’t burn yourself just to prove strength.

So yeah, that’s it.

I am quite excited for 2026… I know it’s going to be good. That’s my gut feeling.

I open LinkedIn and it genuinely feels like a competition is going on.

Not for ideas.
Not for originality.

But for who can sound the most robotic.

Same tone.
Same format.
Same “professional” sentences that say absolutely nothing.

And no, I’m not anti-AI.

I know AI makes things easier, especially for people who already know how to think, write, and add perspective.

But what’s happening right now?
LinkedIn is turning into a cringe platform.

Everyone is “sharing insights.”
Nobody is saying anything real.

Even Elon Musk has talked about this and whether people like him or not, the point still stands to some extent.

When everyone starts sounding the same, the people who actually think stand out without trying.

Being professional doesn’t mean:
• sounding dead inside
• hiding your personality
• writing like a policy document

Professional just means:

Don’t be disrespectful.
Don’t harm people.
Don’t be creepy.

That’s it.

Everything else?
Say it like a human.

Because if your content can be written by literally anyone with a tool… why would anyone remember you?

That’s the part most people are missing.
