Here are 5 dressing mistakes you should stop buying in 2026:

1. Trendy pieces that don’t match your lifestyle. If it looks great on Instagram but has no place in your real workday, skip it. Style should support your life, not confuse it.

2. Clothes that don’t fit today. Buying “I’ll adjust later” outfits is not optimism; it’s denial. Ill-fitting clothes hurt your confidence.

3. Cheap fabrics that lose shape quickly. If it fades, pills, or stretches after two washes, it’s costing you more than you think in money and credibility.

4. Loud logos trying to speak for you. Your presence should lead, not the brand tag. Quiet, well-tailored pieces always do better in professional settings.

5. Duplicate items you already own. Same black top, same blue kurta, same blazer. Instead of having many, focus on versatility. 

2026 is not about shopping more. It’s about dressing with intention.

As the last week of 2025 arrives, things are slowing down.

Calendars are lighter.  
Messages are fewer.  
The noise is finally settling.

In this quiet, something important becomes clear.

This is the week when performance pauses, but presence speaks.

All year, we chased results:  
Targets.  
Titles.  
Timelines.  
Transformations.

But the last week of the year asks a different question:

Who did you become while achieving all of this?

Leadership is not only built in high-pressure moments.  
It is revealed in stillness.

Over the past year, I’ve worked closely with senior professionals who looked great on paper but felt worn out inside.  
Strong credentials.  
Sharp intellect.  
Yet carrying an invisible weight.

What helped them move to the next level wasn’t more effort.  
It was alignment.

Alignment between:  
• How they think  
• How they show up  
• How they are seen  
• And how they truly want to lead

As 2025 slows down, this is not the time to rush into resolutions.  
It is the time to reflect honestly.

Ask yourself:  
– Did I lead with intention or only urgency?  
– Did my presence match my position?  
– Did I grow louder or clearer?  
– Did I build success or sustainability?

The next level of leadership doesn’t begin in January.  
It begins now, in awareness.

Let this final week be less about planning more and more about deciding better.

Clarity is the real luxury.

The one thing a trainer can’t afford to lose...I lost it.
I almost cancelled this workshop. 

Honestly, I was on the verge of breaking down. 

While traveling to Ludhiana, I felt excited about an in-person Managerial Excellence Program for TRB Group employees. I had trained them online last year, and meeting them face-to-face felt special. 

But the road had other plans. 

The 300 km journey through dense fog and toxic smog slowly started to hurt my throat. I felt choking, burning, and tightness. 

I tried hot water, steam, and every home remedy I knew. 

By night, I realized something was terribly wrong. 

By the morning of the training, I had completely lost my voice. 

For a trainer, that’s not just a problem. It’s a nightmare. 

I was in tears. 

My family suggested I tell the HR head and reschedule. But I also understood the effort that goes into planning, coordinating, and building trust. 

So instead of cancelling, I made a call. 

“Please arrange a mic.”  
“And ginger-honey, if possible.” 

That night, I learned how fragile a trainer’s most important tool really is—their voice. 

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Balraj Saini , my fellow trainer, for sharing last-minute tips to handle a training through activities and less of lecture and to my doctor friend who quickly prescribed medication. 

Then, something beautiful happened. 

With God’s grace and everyone’s support, the session didn’t just happen—it came alive. 

Participants volunteered to read on my behalf. 
Activities replaced long lectures. 
The room stayed engaged, connected, and alive. 

What could have been my weakest workshop became one of my strongest experiences. 

When intent is strong and people support you, even silence can teach. 

Thank you, TRB Group, for your warmth, care, and empathy. This day reminded me that great training is never about one voice....it’s about shared energy.

I’ve spent years watching people stand in front of mirrors.

CEOs. Entrepreneurs. Parents. Leaders.
